My AC went out during this heatwave, and I was worried for my kids and dogs in the house with the temperature rapidly increasing. I called Jason and he came out immediately. Jason accessed the issue and fixed it with in 2 minutes. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you Jason for the quick response and quick fix! I highly recommend Jason to everyone.

In Florida there are so many choices for air conditioning companies. We have used so many over the years, never using the same company twice because of the service or the lack thereof. However, I think we found our permanent air conditioning company. Scheduling was super easy. The service technician was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or felt like I was being "sold" something I didn't need. We will be return customers! I highly recommend DC AC.

Great experience, called in the morning and AC was back to freezing cold in the afternoon. Props to Stephen for coming out quickly and diagnosing the issue without upselling me on junk like most companies do. Great communication by Jason during the process and Doug the tech was friendly and fast servicing the AC. I'm glad I finally found an honest and reliable company that came highly recommended around the community.

The technicians as well as Jennifer were very polite and respectful, making me feel comfortable and at ease. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided an outstanding service. Very satisfied with the overall experience and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend them.

I am amazed!! The leader of the company himself showed up and did the bi-annual maintenance himself!! The quality of his work is top notch.

The prior company I hired was charging me between $150 and $175 twice a year. And they had us adding vinegar and baking soda to the drain. Caused a lot of problems between the Mrs and I because we cannot remember who did what and when.

I could not believe it. I thought he would send a crew member!! This guy is great.

Stephen kept our two old units going for several years with service/repairs after we purchased our home. When it was finally time to replace both units (they were 18 years old) Doug, Rob and Yoxan went above and beyond to get our two new energy-efficient units and smart thermostats installed the next day, problem-solving and overcoming some obstacles without costing us additional money for the install. They stayed late and made sure it was done right! DC/AC keeps the same technicians for many years, which tells me a lot about how they run their family-owned business. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Jason and Doug! A/C went out back in May due to a lightning strike. Several pricey parts were damaged but they got the ac up and running. Fast forward to November and when we tried the heat, we got nothing but ac dc sent Doug out to get it working at no charge!!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Jason and his team! They did an exceptional job installing a new A/C unit for our residence. The unit is not only quiet but also keeps the space perfectly cool. They completed the entire installation in just 4 hours, which was impressive. I appreciated their professionalism and the way they kept me informed throughout the process. The new WiFi thermostat works like a charm! I'm so glad I chose them for the job. Highly recommend!

I just want to say what a great experience I had with Stephen this weekend! I got home from work on Friday and found my AC wasn't working. I was so worried I wouldnt be able to get anyone out to help fast enough, but within 20 minutes of making the call, Stephen was here and immediately diagnosed the problem! He gave it a temporary fix and came over this morning (on his day off no less!!!) to fully replace the part. I couldn't be more thankful or impressed by the service! Highly recommend.

I wish I can give 10 stars! Jennifer provides excellent customer service when calling the office and Jason, the technician is efficient and informative. We have worked with several AC providers and the service you get with DC/AC is unmatched. They truly care about their customers and treat you like family. Their prices are competitive too! The DC/AC team is great! When our a/c died on a Wednesday night, they had a completely new unit installed by Friday! We are new-ish homeowners and Stephen was so great at explaining everything so we would understand. The whole team was so responsive, we will definitely be using them again!

Called for service because AC stopped running. Service tech, Stephen Chaplin, showed up in 5 hrs. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour for a very reasonable service call charge. He also gave game me some very sound advice. This is how you win loyal customers over.

DC/AC has been my air conditioner company for many years. I bought a new system from them about four years ago along with the semi-annual maintenance cleaning plan. Robert, my technician, does an exceptional job keeping my system in tip top shape. Robert also performs duct cleaning and came out this week for the duct and vent cleaning that was overdue. He and his team did a wonderful job and the house was kept clean throughout the whole process!

With the very cold weather my new 18 Seer unit was not able to breach or maintain a comfortable temperature. Stephen reached out to the thermostat vendor (Ecobee) to determine a simple systems setting solution in the thermostat. Once the settings were changed, the system was able to attain and maintain the desired temperature. This was done over the phone and for no charge. Great job Steven!!!

Wow wow wow! We had major flooding in our downstairs bathroom from a Carrier coil clogged with renovation debris… Brent and Jason came in and turned it around IMMEDIATELY! When they left it was working better than before! Great price! My wife loves to run the AC at 69 and we have big vaulted ceilings and now it’s working perfect! When we are ready to replace will definitely go with DC AC!

What a positive experience. I spoke with Jennifer and Justin came out for our repair. He was able to come earlier and that was great. So easy to deal with, understood our issue and no hard sales of anything. Very reasonable. So, I signed up for their maintenance program. I look forward to working with them in the future.
