Josh was very informative in letting me know what was the problem with our heat system. He showed me about the default setting and reset it for us. He checked everything to make sure it was all working well. I give Josh 5 stars. Stars.

Kitt was truly amazing!! His knowledge of the duct system and detailed explanations were totally on point. He also took pictures of the inside of the main duct box to show us the condition of the system. Kitt's customer service was awesome and want to thank him again for such an amazing experience!

When I called the office, I immediately got a live person with a great attitude, they sent someone out ASAP, arrived right when they said they would. I received two possible estimates, agreed to both situations, and the service was completed immediately on the spot. Kevin fixed our Problem quickly, even sending pictures to show his work. Had my Plumbing serviced by Johnny and he was able to point out some potential issues if I left them as is. I was able to get Kevin to come out and get all by water connections properly fitted to prevent major water damage! Always appreciate the Iceberg team for treating me and my family as if they were working for their own family! Great team and excellent customer service, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
