We purchased a new home with appliances provided
Will filled out paperwork. Unwrapped them and removed samples. A few months later we need service. Nope because they were purchased they say 12 months before! They were never used no matter when they were purchased! I guess being greedy is more important then customer service...be forewarned.

I purchased a refrigerator and oven range in Aug of 2019 - my refrig lasted only 1 year before a problem, that they didn't solve for me, had to purchase another!!! As of yesterday -- Easter 2021 - my oven would not heat up - I have held on the phone now for three hours and NO ONE has answered the phone. This has to be the worst company to ever deal with - never again. and, I'm out over $2,600.

Bought a washer in January of this year. Water leaking from underneath, intermittently. Service man already out and could find nothing except a pin hole in the hose, had to give up another day of work for him to come back and replace the hose. Now it is still leaking. You want to only repair. this is a lemon and should be replaced. I cannot afford to lose work to wait for repairs. My floor is damaged as well.
    I regret buying your product.

I bought a whirlpool washing machine about 2 years ago. Got it from Best Buy in Ocala, Fl. Bought it brand new, in the box and purchased the extended warranty (5 yr.) and have had nothing but trouble from it. Finally I called Best Buy's GEEK SQUAD to repair it. They came out and informed us that the serial number had worn off the front so they couldn't work on it because they could not tell what model it was without the serial number! The repairman said he'd just guess and order parts for it. Well, so far he's been out 5 times with the wrong parts! I can't believe that nobody knows what model it is. Don't they have a record of our purchase? They (Best Buy) said they would give us "part" of our money back towards buying a new one. They are NOT honoring the agreement at all! They said that next time don't buy a "open box" model. We didn't buy a open box model, we bought it brand new, not open box or floor model, anything!
To make a long story short, Best Buy and Whirlpool screwed us bad!!!! We paid full price for a brand new washer, bought the 5 year warranty to go with it and we've been stuck for 2 months with no way to wash our clothes except going to the laundry.
I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy or Whirlpool again.

Whirlpool Corp. owns Maytag, KitchenAid, JennAir, & Amana. I have a Maytag refrigerator out of warranty, electronic board went bad, no parts available. When I called Maytag (Whirlpool) I get a third party vendor. My options are to wait until October (today is May 26, 2021) without a refrigerator for a part that may or may not arrive, then buy it at $450 or so, then pay a technician service fee to install. Already paid for two service calls to diagnose, at $135 each. My total expenses to repair would add up to over $1000. Whirlpool can go to hell. I don't know if all other appliance manufacturers are this bad at customer support, but no more Whirlpool products for me.

Not a single positive comment! Do your research. Terrible products and customer service. My fridge is less than a month old and sounds like it's gunna explode. They send technicians who don't show up. They don't care. Dispute your charges on your credit cards. Tell your friends DO NOT BUY Whirlpool

I bought a dishwasher about 18 months ago just before I left for 6 months. Once installed the too rack, kept having the grey plastic clip fall off and the rack wouldn't stay in,place. I had repairman come out and all he did was order s new cap, not the top rack as I felt something defective about the whole thing. So about 2 days later we left for the summer. I just got back to my Florida home, used dishwasher twice snd the plastic cap came right off again!!! I purchased dark slate stainless to,match my other appliances . The way they are making these new appliances are terrible. So mt dishwasher has, only been used about 7 months but past the 12 month warranty. It shoukd have been repaired correctly!

We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator December 13th 2021 on May 4th 2022 the compressor went bad we called the Whirlpool repair people out and it took them a week to get here to fix this -they told us the compressor is on backorder and it took them two months to get the compressor installed and refrigerator running again, at the same time they fix the compressor, the ice maker went bad, so we had to call them out again to repair the refrigerator, well that took a another week for them to come out again to fix the same refrigerator, when they finally had it fixed, the new part was no good, so we had to call the repair guy out again -another week and a half or two goes by before we could get service, so they fixed the ice maker again and then we find out the compressor went bad again on the same refrigerator so we had to call for service again. This has been a terrible terrible experience with whirlpool, all we want is a refund so we can exchange the refrigerator for a decent one but they won't help us. Whirlpool will not do anything to help their customers- terrible terrible company.

I bought a whirlpool washer in Feb. 2019.
The salesman asked if I wanted to buy the extended warranty, I declined.
It never worked right from day of delivery.
Best Buy suggested I call the manufacturer.

I will not purchase any thing from Best Buy again. I am very disappointed with the quality of their products.

I purchased a washing machine and it was delivered 24 hours ago. It is less than your 48 return window. It may be the worst appliance I have ever purchased. Not only is your staff rude and unhelpful but notified me that I will have to pay a $98 service fee if they deem the product satisfactory. It is a whirlpool front load high-efficiency washer that pushes all of your small clothing into the front window and rubber outlining. They do not get washed and they do not get rinsed and they are left soaking wet. The soap tablet also gets pushed into the front window and therefore does not dissolve and the clothes are never actually washed. This is a manufacture defect and I expect a full refund and I will not pay the $98 for someone to come out to my home to look at it and refuse to take it back. This is what your customer service team told me could happen with the service company "Flamingo". Your customer service team should be more respectful to people who are spending their money on your products. My intention was to return the product and upgrade it to something better. If a product is completely unsatisfactory, you should remove it and assist with getting a product consumers are happy with. However, because Whirlpool has been so terrible through this entire process, I will demand all of my money back with no other fees included. I refuse to buy anything from Whirlpool. Not only for me, but generations to come.

My goodness where do I start? I bought the brand new unit in March. By April the control board was malfunctioning. Whirlpool stated it was under manufacturers warranty. They sent a third party out and I waited OVER FOUR months for a part that never came. After several hours on hold and a plethora of calls Whirlpool finally stated they would replace the unit. A month after that they hired JB HUNT to install, they come out and stated they don't do hardwire installs and I would have to hire an electrician. They left the boxed dishwasher. WHAT??? I Called Whirlpool and the first three service representatives told me the same thing, I needed an electrician. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor only to be placed on hold and hung up on. When I asked for any compensation for the months of inconvenience the RUDE customer service agent said "if you pay for one" I told her it had been months since I didn't have a dishwasher and water kept gathering below and becoming stagnant. She didn't care. She literally said, "Ok." That's it. I told her I wasn't paying for an electrician to install something that I just paid to install and broke in less than two months.
Finally someone called me back from whirlpool stating they would send someone else out. Field Appliances came out today and opened the box. THE BRAND NEW UNIT WAS DAMAGED ON THE INSIDE AND THEY COULDN'T INSTALL IT!!!! It's like I am in a sitcom but it is the opposite of comedy. It sounds dramatic but this is really an appliance tragedy. Well, I am still waiting on hold with the horrible customer service even as i am writing this. I hope they get this resolved. On the website they state, "IN CONSTANT PURSUIT OF Improving Life at Home." If only this was true. In my experience with all 4 of my BRAND NEW WHIRLPOOL appliances that I bought THIS YEAR 2021, they Whirlpool brand is in pursuit of making money and not caring about their customer service or loyal customers. I had similar issues with my washer and dryer set. I spent almost $3K on the removable agitator set only for it to malfunction and although I paid for the chrome it came in white. Luckily Lowes took them out and replaced them with a set that is working great from GE. I am NEVER buying whirlpool for any of my homes again. I suggest you don't either! By the way....over an hour later and I am still on hold

Our Whirlpool cloths washer has been a piece of junk. It has had a broken spin cycle since we got it. The machine clunks and moves around the laundry room, and frequently does not complete the cycle resulting in sopping wet laundry.
The worst part is that the warranty team tried to fix it, after coming out 3 times they just decided to ignore our calls and trouble tickets. Whirlpool sold us a piece of junk and then just walked away.

Don’t waste money on this brand. New machine came with the new house. Broke after a year. Called for service, two weeks later they came and said it was fixed. After the FIRST CYCLE the machine jumped so hard that it made a whole in the wall. Called again, had to wait another two weeks. The new technician came, now we need parts and have to wait another two weeks. The best part of this story is that they won’t schedule an appointment until they get the parts.
In the mean time I’ve already spent $500 in laundromats and they want me to wait longer with 3 kids and 3 adults in the house. They won’t refund the money, they won’t give you a replacement. My whirlpool fridge left door broke as well. It needs to be completely replaced.
Costumers pay for company incompetence and bad products. I’m buying a new machine.

Whirlpool will do EVERYTHING not to honor a refrigerator warranty. 7 times an authorized warranty service came to our house and was never able fix the problem. We tried over a 6 month period to remedy the situation and all the person who represents Whirlpool would say is 'we're sorry. We gave up after 6 months and bought a Frigidaire. To anyone buying a refrigerator from Home Depot don't. Buy from a local company that services what they sell.

Our old HVAC system was on its last legs, and Orlando HVAC Solution helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient unit. The installation team was professional, clean, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Our home has never been more comfortable!
