They offered a free portable AC through the night until they could come back the next day to install the unit. Their price also beat other competitors in the area. I would recommend to those in Tampa & the surrounding area.

Daniel worked with me to find an HVAC system that fit my budget and needs. The team worked quick on the installation and I am happy with the end product.

Few negatives; the installation team did cause damage to my wall when removing the old unit. They tried to patch the drywall themselves on three separate occasions and were unsuccessful. I have experience in construction so I ended up buying the supplies and doing the patch myself. They did reimburse me for supplies!

Also about a week after they installed the new system it shut off completely. I guess it was something about the position of drain pan or float switch, so not a huge deal. However, it did mean we had to spend another night without AC. Not what you want when you drop 8k on a unit.

JCA HVAC is the company to go to any time. They were able to give me a quote over the phone with some pictures sent to them.
On the install day, though it was a tough job, they installed 3 split air conditioners all in one day. Their job was also clean. Overall, their customer service is top notch, they have the patience to talk to you as customer and explain things in details when you don’t understand something.

IT MAY BE ECO FRIENDLY, SAVING WATER, AND SEVERAL OTHER BUZZ SELLING POINTS, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WASHING CLOTHES IT FALLS VERY SHORT. THIS WASHER MAY BE EXACTLY WHAT AN ELDERLY COUPLE OR PERSONS WHOS CLOTHES ARE THROWN IN THE WASHER EVER SO LIGHTLY SOILED, THE GREATEST CONCERN IS PERHAPS THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOME LIGHT BODY ODOR ON THE WEARERS CLOTHES. HOWEVER IF YOUR LIKE THE AVERAGE PERSON WHOS CLOTHES ARENT HEAVY WITH DIRT, STINK OR STAINS, BUT NEED THE LEVEL OF WASH WHERE WHITE TOWELS OR T SHIRTS COME OUT WHITE, JEANS DONT COME OUT WITH RESIDUE ALONG THE FOLDS, BULKY ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS ARE ACTUALLY WASHED CLEAN, THIS WASHER IS NOT FOR YOU!! Worst brand ever!!!!! It is outrageous that such a large company has such mediocre employees, who fill the consumer with hope that their problem has a solution. They do not care about the situation. In the end the consumer gets tired and ends up buying another refrigerator, for people like these who are not trained for this job. I am totally disappointed
