On the coldest day in Florida in many years one of our outside pipes burst....and it was a Sunday!! We called 4 so called 24/7 plumbers. Iceberg was the only one that called us back timely. They gave us an appointment right away. The plumber Kevin showed up on time and took care of the problem expertly. We were charged a fair price considering it was a Sunday. I would highly recommend Iceberg Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

First tech sent out to the property did not diagnose the problem fully. The repair is taking longer than necessary because further parts had to be ordered.

The service was preformed by Shaq. He is a great example of the technician you hope to have working on your system. He did the job efficiently and explained the nuances of my particular AC, and what should be done for preventative maintenance. 10/10 would recommend.
