My home was at 85 deg ...I was so miserable and my poor cat's were as well. I called Professional A/C in Orlando and not only was the lady in the office who took my information very understanding and professional they were at my home with in 1 1/2 hrs and my technician was very knowledgeable and Professional . I'm very glad I called them ..

Great company, was very pleased with everything they did. Called on a Saturday and new unit installed on Monday. Would highly recommend this company.

Fred was amazing this evening. I call with an emergency and he was here in a timely manor and had my house cooling with exceptional knowledge. My elderly father will be comfortable tonight thanks to Fred! I will be recommending Professional air to all of my friends and family.

After multiple attempts from different companies to diagnose and fix an intermittent A/C problem, we tried Professional A/C and Heating. They were very responsive and professional. They were able to identify and fix the issue within 2 days and were very communicative throughout the process. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

I had an entire unit installed with another company July 1, 2019. July 10, 2020 my unit stopped working. Install company couldn’t come out for at least 24 hours. Called your company, same day service. Juan C. was prompt and showed me what needed to be done. He was thorough and found the issue right away and fixed it. Incorrect parts and poor wiring and loose fittings were the issue. He also advised me the best type of filter for my system which I hadn’t been told when the other company installed the unit. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for your prompt service and reasonable cost. I also took a maintenance contract with you to avoid any issues down the road.

Fred and Luis were awesome had my UV light and Maintenance done in under 1.5 hours. Scheduled the UV Light the day of, and they showed up in under an hour. They were very punctual and contacted me the day before and the day of. Excellent company, thanks for Maintenance!

We’ve lived on our property for nearly 3 years, only had duct cleaning once. Called up American Air & Heat Inc since they had one of the highest rated reviews. Our technician was Erik Echavarria, who was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He was very patient with me; especially when answering all my questions and concerns. He even proposed products best for my system when I expressed concerns. We even decided on the regular maintenance package offered. We’re certainly looking forward to him becoming our dedicated technician for our A/C and heating services.

When I called, they answered my questions, told me how much they charge and made an appointment. Fred arrived as planed, fixed my problems and charged me a fair amount.

I had called many other AC companies. Some were too expensive. Some wouldn’t tell me their prices. Some don’t call me back. One made an appointment and never showed up.

I would recommend this company to my friends!

Stay away from this Company. Missed 3 apt. Had excuses . when I say it would be nice if they show up. They ask do we want them to show. So no we dont need your lack responsibility! Horrible people.
