Our unit went out around 7pm we had a service tech out with in 30 minutes. The unit was 13 years old and needed a new one. Called them the next morning. Angel and Edgar came out midday replaced inside and outside unit. They were very pleasant went above and beyond what I thought was excellent work. I have already been referring friends to the company. I have done service work for 14 years. This company is the best in the business. All this for a fair price!!

Ray showed up when he said he would. My AC just stop working and he came and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. In no time my air was back on. Job was well done. I recommend him to anyone seeking repairs or installation. I’m happy and impressed with his work.

Precision Air Solutions came to my home within the hour to repair my central air. The technician was knowledgeable and the repair cost was very reasonable. I called them back for a second opinion for the second unit and chose to go with Precision who offered a reasonable payment plan. The owner was reachable throughout the whole process and the technicians even called me later in the day to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend using Precision Air Solutions .

Ray from Precision Air was quick to attend my home and give an estimate of the work to be done. The staff arrived in a timely manner , introduced themselves and were very professional. Jackson and Juan were amazing. They just got to work, remained focused and were very thorough. I could feel the cool air permeate my home and it was wonderful. My duct work was also overhauled, and wow, I understand why the word "Precision" is part of the company name!! Jackson,Noel and Randy were awesome and spent time calculating and double checking their calculations to make sure that the ducts were installed to maximize air flow.The guys were all polite and kept me up to speed with the process. It was nice that Ray attended to ensure customer satisfaction and inspect the work done.
I can wholeheartedly endorse this company and say that you will not be disappointed with the outcome or the professionalism of the employees.

The Tech (Joe) was polite, but overall the company's service was poor. I was charged $149.00 for them to show up and tell me the system was fine. I never had an opportunity to ask questions about the unit or it's functionality.

I called the owner Ray a month later for follow up (and because I was concerned the unit was not fixed) and there was an address mix-up between he and I. Long story short, he never showed up. After that, he didn't return calls/texts.

I called Del-Air next, who visited the next day, spent a ton of time with me showing me the system and answering questions, and they only charged $80. Complete peace of mind!

My recommendation is not to start with Precision Air.

Great service! Not only were they available after hours, but they responded promptly the following day. Ray was extremely informative about all services available and my options. He also did a great job in fixing the unit without disrupting my schedule. Great price and service! Can’t compare to others!

All the other a/c repair people I called could only come the next day. Ray immediately came over and diagnosed the problem. In a couple of hours, the defective motor was replaced. Thank You. Ray you and your team do outstanding work.

I had a lightning strike to my home, and my whole system was destroyed late on a Friday evening.

I called and Raymond contacted me first thing that next morning and was out to my home without a delay, Upon his arrival Raymond did his best to fix my system and get it back working, after sometime with the system he advised the unit was not salvaged-able.

Raymond was right on top of working with me to get me a great price on a replacement system, and with no hesitation went about setting up every aspect of getting my system replaced that day, on. a Saturday no less.

Once the unit arrived the crew of Max, Juan, Ray and Noel were so efficient, they went right to work and worked all day until late in the evening to complete the install of my entire system, these guys were top notch and went out of their way to get the job done.

Precision Air was great! Jeff came out the same day I called for service. He was professional, so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. I had previously had work done with another company and had continuous problems with my A/C. Jeff was able to fix the issue the first time while the previous company had been out on 5 different occasions and could not fix the underlying issue. I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them.

My A/C went out on a Saturday and I called precision. They had someone here in 2 hours! Ray was great. He took me through every step and already had the part with him! He was very friendly and professional! My A/C was running again quickly! I was very impressed and would recommend Precision to everyone!

We called Precision right at 9 in the morning and our tech, Ray was out to our home before 10. Talk about WOW! When you have a very hot home getting this kind of service is phenomenal! Ray was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found the issue and repaired it quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost. I am now sitting in my living room, once again enjoying my a/c and it isn't even noon yet. You absolutely cannot go wrong calling Precision and personally, I am going to ask for Ray if I have an issue in the future.

Great company, one of the few that isn’t out there to take advantage of people. They gave me a great quote, thousands cheaper than the next closest big and for a better system. I didn’t have to wait weeks for it to get installed and installation was quick and professional. If you have any issues or concerns after the fact they are more than happy to come back and remedy the issue.

We have had the opportunity of being valued customer with Precision Air for over 8 years. Recently, I had the 4 units replaced in my home both inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs. The job was done with outstanding workmanship in a very timely manner. Raymond was on site and ensured the job was to my wife's satisfaction. We are very happy to have the quality and care that Precision Air provides. We are loyal customers because of the exceptional service we receive each and every time. Where do I even begin... I called and Ray, the owner, came out the same day and was absolutely wonderful. Precision Air was an absolute God send. The prices were reasonable and service was A+++. I had the pleasure of having Angel and Marcelo come out to install my new system and they were AMAZING!!!! They were professional, courteous, and such a pleasure. I would refer them to anyone who needed help with their AC.

The fastest response I got back from any company this. They’re very loyal and honest company. I would definitely highly recommend them for any home or business.
