Ray and his team at Precision Air did an awesome job with our new HVAC system. They were extremely friendly, expressed great problem solving skills and had wonderful communication. Our entire HVAC system had to be replaced, including the ducts/ventilation system. They let me know what was needed or happening every step of the way. Ray is a pleasure to work with. I had several companies come out to my home to assess our unit, but Ray’s attentiveness and knowledge made him stand out and we chose to use Precision Air. Ray gave a timeframe of how long everything would take and tried his best to stay within that time. He even added on & fixed issues along the way. I’m glad that we chose Ray and his team!

I give the repair tech a ten plus. A true professional. He double check everything before living the house. I noticed the wiring was executed poorly when installation took placed around six months ago. It does not apply to the young man that fixed the heating system today. He was top notch. My compliments and appreciations to his professionalism.

Precision air installed a new system. Handler was installed incorrectly resulting in several hundred dollars worth of electricity over normal use being used. They verbally agreed to reimburse and then did not follow through. Horrible business ethics and practices. I would not recommend using this company for new air systems.

I Had a install In June 2025. Had some trouble with the unit recently. I Spoke to Mike and he had his team on it the very next day. Mike answers his phone and gets things rolling right away. Keegan was my tech today, very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone has different experiences. This was my experience.

I had Precision Air Solutions come to my business when I first opened to make sure the heat and air unit was working properly. They comes out every 3 months and climb on the roof to change the filters for me. They are honest, reliable, and fair priced. I have since had them come to service my 2 home units as well.

Precision Air did a great job installing a new mini split system for me! Their price for an installation was way better compared to a couple other quotes we got. Definitely recommend Red Johnson and team - they were very nice!

Contacted AirSystems following the Duke Energy home check. AirSystems made the entire process simple and easy! Each person I spoke to was kind and helpful with scheduling and booking. Carlos was my duct work technician and he was wonderful! Carlos is knowledgeable and efficient at his work. We are thankful to have worked with him!

My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Diego responded promptly to my calls answering questions. I received explanations of the repairs being done. The technician Carlos was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and cleaned up his work area when completed. Very happy with his work. Highly recommend this company .

I had my duct work repaired after a Duke Home energy check. Duke recommended this company and gave me a discount for the repairs. I had a great experience with everyone involved with this company. Juan came for the inspection. Diego made the scheduling and kept me informed about the payment. Carlos came and did the repairs. He was great! He even discovered he could repair something that we initially thought I would have to replace, saving me $200. They texted me when they were on their way, which I appreciate. Overall it was a great experience.
