I had all the AC ductwork boxes/connections resealed to ensure no air leaks. This is not an easy job to perform as the technician is working in cramped, dusty spaces in the attic but the Air Systems staff did a great job. They ensured all my questions were answered, were respectful of my home as they did the work and I would highly recommend them to prospective customers.

Easy and accommodating scheduling for duct test and inspection. This company was recommended by Duke Energy. On time arrival. Juan was pleasant and went right to work. Explained what he was doing with regards to the test procedure. Visually inspected duct work in attic. Diagramed the system with test point measurements. Clean and efficient visit. Going forward with duct cleaning with them. Highly recommend this company.

Air Systems have come out several times. As a Duke Energy provider they did some duct work. From Valeria in the office to Sergio, our A/C tech service provided has been professional, on time and most important well done and honest.

I contacted them as a follow up from a Duke Home Energy Check. The office PROMPTLY called me back after I left a VM to schedule the appointment. The day before they had a technician coverage issue and they tried to contact me multiple times to inform me and reschedule ( I was in a meeting but I appreciate the proactive follow up).

My technician, Sergio, was extremely professional and polite. He was really a pleasure to work with. From my experience, this really is an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to contact them for any HVAC related services in the future.

Eddy does a fine job

Heat went out in the middle of winter. Called them and they were able to be out in about an hour. Fixed the problem AND serviced it within another hour. Charged much less than I was expecting. Will definitely use them again!

Knowledgeable, professional, timely, and honest. Have used these guys many times and I would highly recommend to anybody! It's hard to find a Business these days with such integrity and I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his staff, they have always been great to me!

This company charged us $532 for service repairs on our A/C unit and the problem wasn't fixed. When we asked if the cost of the previous repair would be factored in as a deduction because the issue wasn't fixed, I never received an answer. We have tried to call the owner numerous times to remedy the situation and he hasn't returned any of our calls. We will not use this company for any repairs in the future and we still remain extremely unsatisfied.
Also, I tried to call the owner from my work phone today and he FINALLY answered. I explained to him that another company is trying to complete the job and can't because they dropped of the compressor that's under warranty. I was told GOOD LUCK and he hung up the phone. I'm appalled that we have been treated in this manner by a company.

Have used them many times. Always follow through with appointments and do quick work. They will also shoot you straight. They don't try to sell you on things you don't need like some larger HVAC service companies looking to make money on costly installs. They will make what you have work until it is no longer possible. Highly recommend.

I needed service for my AC asap. They gave me a quick window - gave me a time the day before, called the morning to confirm time and were then ON TIME!!!!! How rare is that these days. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, conveyed the problem to me and repairs it in rapid fashion. The repair was diagnosed accurately, reasonably...very impressed with this firm. It was the first time I used them...it will not be the last. A+ in my book.

I had Best Choice install a new furnace and air conditioner in a rental property I own. My experience after payment has been deplorable. Not only have I endured costly repairs as a result of their faulty installation, but Eddie Ray, owner, refuses to call me back which caused me to have to employ, at additional expense, a reputable HVAC company to get the system working as it should. Beware of Best Choice and Eddie Ray.

Fast & Reasonable - AC had stopped working on Sunday so I started making calls first thing Monday morning. I got turned down for an hour by every company I called and the only ones that agreed to same day wanted emergency rates at x1.5 the cost. Eddie Ray fit me in that day, was on time, and called 30 minutes before arrival. He diagnosed the problem (contactor) and had me up in running in less than 30 minutes. He checked my refrigerant levels and didn't try to sell me anything. He doesn't believe in overtime charging and works Mon-Sat. His rates are fair and his work is honest - Do not think twice!

Bitter sweet experience wasn’t charged anything because of warranty but had to wait 8 days with no air in the hottest days of the year over 98 degrees every day (heatwave) while the part came in from the manufacture. Communication from Filterbuy was less than adequate throughout the process. It was super stressful at the least.

The Technician knew what he was doing and gave us the opportunity to replace the unit rather than waste 2500 cleaning it.

We just had Marky from Filterbuy HVAC Solutions come by for an estimate on our mini split replacement. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Filterbuy and definitely recommend that you ask for Marky!

The team at Filterbuy has been great. Me and my girlfriend were having an issue with our ac and everyone said we needed to replace it because they couldn’t find the leak. Sean at Filterbuy was able to find it in one of our valves and replace it. Been cooling great since that and saved us a bunch of money compared to a new system. Will for sure use these guys any time we have an issue again.

Technician arrived on site after the second technician and pretty much told me the same thing. However, the price is ridiculously high asking for $1500 to replace a fan blower and added a UV light that I don’t need. I end up canceling called a buddy of mine and got it down for $400 and by the way the motor was still on the warranty. The technician did not even check for that so I want to spend over $1500 when it was under warranty.
