They came same day as I called. The technician was kind when he arrived.

The price was as high as Google suggested so I'd shop around with competitors if you're not desperate. Google said between $200-$400 for the repair and I was charged $350. (Capacitor Repair) But I couldn't go one more night in the heat and had been waiting since noon and it was 5:30 p.m. It was too late in the day for me to go buy the part myself or make calls to different vendors.

Sadly the quote was outrageous, 8500 for full duct replacement for a 800 sq ft unit 😂. Found another contractor and quoted the same job for 1900.

I called on Holly Friday at 9:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m. The technician arrived ontime and I I had an estimate in about 30 mins. They provided me with 2 options. A few mins later I got a call from scheduling and they fit me in other next day..... A/C SERVICE ON A SATURADY ( holiday) NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE .Thanks Chris and Dave and scheduling department.

Very great and communicative company. They had an installer out on Saturday during a holiday and there was an issue with a part (not the company’s fault). So that we were not left without air, Ari bought two air conditioning units to last us until someone was able to come out on the holiday weekend. They sent someone out ON the holiday (Memorial Day) and then we were up and running. He stayed in touch the entire time and any time I text. They are a company of their word, had the best deal (I spoke to about 9 different companies) and even gave me extras due to the inconvenience. Highly recommend.

Technician Christian provided excellent service, showing and explaining every step of the initial consultation and during the final repair. Filter buy has the best prices. We put in a 2.5 ton unit and they beat all other quotes. To install the unit, the techs were fast, responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called them to see how much it would be for a repair. They are literally the only hvac place that is open about their pricing and will give you a price upfront!! I called two different times and both guys were extremely helpful and honest with me. They also have the lowest diagnostic fee. Company was very prompt with responding to my initial call and had someone out within hours of my call. Unfortunately, without getting a surge protector motor could go out again. My unit is only 3 years old and this happened after the intense thunder and lightening yesterday. Got diagnostic for $49 motor under warranty, installation will cost $975.

Great customer service experience! I’ve called couple big brand name AC companies they are in and out fast and try to make extra sales. Technician Christian is patient and would spent time to explain each test and address the issues in an easy way. We’ve been buying their filters for long time, I just know they have AC service today and it’s great experience, highly recommend.
