Can't say enough good things about my experience with Comfort Pros. Every person I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable.

We needed a new AC system, and they gave us three easy-to-understand options to consider. Once we made our decision they had a great financing program.

We scheduled the install, which they did yesterday. They started a little after 8, and had the air back on a little after 3.

Another great attribute was they were on time for each appointment we had!

Give them a try. You won't regret it.

I appreciate Billy reach out immdiately after I called. Sean arrived on time and got things taken care of. I was a little shocked that I had to pay again for another part after we thought the unit was fixed from the week before and the AC only being 2 years old.

My air-conditioning stopped working abruptly. This is a new home that I just purchased. The house is very well maintained, but apparently the air conditioning condensate line has been neglected. Once I saw that the line was filled with water and not draining, I called Comfort Pros, and they came out within about two hours. Billy came out and cleaned out the line and checked over the whole unit. I was back up and running in about an hour. Very professional. Explained everything to me while he was working. I actually signed up for the maintenance yearly plan with them. Absolutely amazing company and will continue using them from here on out! Thank you, Comfort Pros Air & Heat!!!!

This was our first experience with Comfort Pros and it was a great one. We scheduled our appointment for the first call in the morning as it required sealing some AC duct leaks. Got home last night, from being gone all summer. My new AC, installed in July, kept shutting off. Called customer service, and received a call back immediately.
Sean was out this morning around 9am. He discovered it was a drain problem. He vacuumed and showed me how to check drain. Unit is under warranty, so I paid nothing! All was well in just a short time! Highly recommend Comfort Pros!

Great job! Justin was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, my appointment window was from 11 to 1. He was 30 minutes early which was perfect. Good communication and the price for a service call is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Comfort Pros for you AC problems.

Sean did a great job for me got our AC up and running explained the whole process and did honest work.

I have used Comfort Pros for three properties over the last four years. They were one of the only companies that would install a challenging job with complicated duct work through concrete.
Just had service done by Sean on my primary house and he came back on a Saturday to install Motherboard and Thermostat covered under factory warranty. Excellent prompt service by a experienced tech. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with my fan motor. Tech came out and had everything up and running properly within an hour or so. So far everything is working as it should. No complaints. I would hire again if needed.

Billy and his team have gone above and beyond. We bought a new unit after our trash unit gave out. They put it in and put us on a maintenance plan. It’s been great then the coils went. One at a time over the past couple years. Billy had someone out here immediately. Every time we have had an issue he has been on top of it quickly. In the Florida heat every second counts. Sean did a very thorough and conscientious inspection of my AC units and for a very reasonable price. I received a text letting me know that he was on his way and that is important to me. He took a picture of the old air filter that needed replacing. I hadn't checked the filters in a few months and am glad that he did.

When we started the process of upgrading our HVAC system over two month ago, COMFORT PROS was the first one to respond and give us a quote. My downstairs A/C stopped cooling a few days ago, but with a busy schedule I opted to sleep upstairs on the couch for a few nights until I finally had to get it looked at. I called Comfort Pros based on the recommendation of a neighbor and after taking down my information, they said they'd have a technician out within the hour. Sean showed up on time and asked what was going on. After a quick explanation he got to work, walking me through everything he was doing and sharing priceless tips and information along the way. He had me back up and running in under 30 minutes. At one point I walked back over to the A/C units and Sean was sweeping out debris keeping them nice and clean! Comfort Pros have a new customer for life after such a great experience!

Sean arrived on time and serviced my unit with experience and quality. He explained the items he would be completing and did so with care and cleanliness. I signed up for the bi-yearly service agreement and look forward for using Comfort Pros for all my future AC needs.

Called Comfort Pros for a second opinion on work quoted by another vendor. Same day service. Came to a different diagnosis and shared videos with me to present to other vendor. Other vendor sent a senior tech out and came to the same conclusion as Comfort Pros. This ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Honest and fair. Can't recommend them enough.

I consider myself lucky to have found Comfort Pros and have been doing business with them for probably 10 years now. They’ve done several installs for me and service our systems on the regular and I recommend them whenever I can.

Comfort Pros Air & Heat is a professional, trustworthy and reliable company. Ervin came same day I called. Tried to get my unit running and when it wouldn’t start they setup a portable AC until they could bring a new unit. Two days later Justin installed a new one. Excellent service and communication.
