We had a great experience with Comfort Pros! I contacted them via website looking for an estimate on a mini split install and quickly heard back from Billy (owner) with the requested information and to schedule an estimate. Ervin came to do the estimate and answered all our questions thoroughly. The price quoted was within budget and the unit they planned to install was actually better than others we had been quoted higher prices for. Two weeks later Justin came and completed the install. We are very happy with our purchase, with the communication we received, and the flexibility with scheduling. We highly recommend and will continue to do future business with Comfort Pros!

Ervin and Sean from Comfort Pros are excellent, professional, skillful, and knowledgeable in their work on our mother's AC system. Our mother's former AC company scammed her and neglected her system. Sean was able to repair a leak that the former company had left again and again due to negligence, as well as got the system running more efficiently. The work was done quickly, effectively, and affordably. Comfort Pros was recommended to us by friends who have worked with Sean for several years, and we are extremely satisfied with the service provided and will highly recommend Comfort Pros to others.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and nice. Had a basic issue with the HVAC, and they responded quickly to both call and texts and showed up same day in the window promised with a heads up text when they were on their way.

Sean the service technician was awesome. Took great care for cleanliness of the house and work area. He was very kind and personable but worked with a sense of purpose; quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

He took time to explain everything he was doing and throughly answered my questions. Left it cleaner than when he got there.

Timeframe: we had an older unit that was running, but not well, so it was just time to replace. From initial phone call/questions to installation and cold air was less than 48 hours. And, we had some very unique requests and challenges with our layout which never posed any problems to the team at Comfort Pros. Joe & Ed were polite, great communicators, clean appearance, efficient workers & talented professionals. Leaving the installation looking polished & well finished.
