I think I had a good experience with Christian fixing my unit. One more thermostat added to the 3 I already had. The unit is 5 yrs old (Rheem),... $624 later I have heat.....thanks Christian.

My tech Cristian finishing up after a a job well done today. My unit wasn’t cooling, he came out and quickly fixed the problem. Was a bad capacitor. Pricing was better than the company I used to use and whole experience was much more professional. Thank you Cristian and Filterbuy!

One of the technicians came out to maintenance my air conditioner. He was very thorough. Checked everything he found that the unit was low on coolant. The tech took his time to fill it up. Make sure all the pressures in the air coming out was at the proper temperature. I would highly recommend This company for service. I will definitely use them again

They saved us from another cold night! They came same day, were very reasonable, and explained what they were doing as they went along. As a family new to town, we will make sure to call them again if we have a need.

The technician, Christian was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second time that we have used the company and intend to continue. We have used other companies in the past and have been totally unsatisfied. It’s nice to find a company that you could depend on and are not shady.

My tech was very knowledgeable.
He did a diagnostic evaluation of trouble shooting why my system wasn't cooling. My float valve and condensation Pump were the culprits an both needed my tech attention. Great job Christine. Thank you so much!

Amazing AC company. My unit was having some issues so I gave them a call and they sent their technician out pretty quick. Their service was a great experience the tech was super nice and friendly. I really like how they explained everything in detail. The price was also fair. I recommend this company to anyone having any issues with their unit.

I knew my AC had a leak because we had to add freon last summer. The last company that did that repair said they couldn't find the leak, so they just topped me off. Cristian Filterbuy was near me in Kissimmee and came out. He actually found the leak in a valve. He changed that thing and added freon. So glad its really fixed this time.

Our heating wasn't really working. It wasn't great last year either, but it had definitely gotten worse. I found filterbuy online and the technician Cristian was great. He found my problem within an hour and went to Carrier by me in the Willows to get the special part he needed just so we could get heat again by that night. We will use them anytime we have an AC problem.

Had an amazing experience with Cico, my AC went out after just a week of another ac company fixing it and I called Cico he was able to come right over and figured out what the problem was. He was very efficient and quick with it. Would highly recommended 10/10

The company that installed my A/c was running us around on getting a part replaced, so we called a few other companies to see if they could get it. Filterbuy didn't even have to look at the unit, I just told them the serial number and they found it online. One of their guys Cristian came out the next day to Oak Ridge and changed it. It was $50 more expensive than my old company but it was completely worth it to have a good company do the work right away.

The thermostat was blank and changing the batteries didnt fix it. I called Filterbuy and the repair man was here in probably 45 minutes. He blew out the drain line and cleaned the ac pan. The thermostat lit back up and the air kicked on. He showed me how to check this next time if it happens again. If you need a good ac company in Davenport, these is a good company to call.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repair. I called them at 7:00 pm and I got a response right away. The person I spoke to was very kind and explained to me what I can expect when the tech came. Christian came promptly the next day at the scheduled time that I was told, actually, he was early. This is the second time that Christian, the technician came. He immediately did a check of the thermostat, the AC equipment, inside and outside, and found the problem really quick. He showed me what was wrong with the outside unit and what part needed to be replaced. He called the vendor to ask for the part availabilty and what it would cost. He even mentioned to the vendor that my unit was still under warranty, which I guess lowered the price of the part to be replaced. Christian is very knowledgeable, very kind, and very pleasant to talk with. I will be using this company as my maintenance go to guys.

I called them after i had someone else come out and they wanted over 500.00 just to clean my drain like. I called Filterbuy and the ypung lady who answered was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave the price and when the technician came out he confirmed that it was only $99.00 to clean the drain line and comple ac check to make sure everything was running right. The tech that came out was amazing. He was friendly and very informative. He explained everything to me that he was going to do and how I can prevent having issues in the future. I normaly don't recommend anyone or write reviews but this company was amazing. And I will be using them again for my regular maintenance.

Very thorough and extremely professional. We moved here recently and inherited a HVAC system that has been poorly maintained. What was worse the previous owners had cats so cat dander, hair, and other contaminates were all resisent on the coils and blower. We saw all of this thanks to the technician and with his help we will be able to breathe a little easier. Strongly recommend Filterbuy.

Excellent & Honest Company! We recently had a failure with our Daikin AC unit. Spoke to Mo and Baz who provided great customer service. They sent out their tech, Christian, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had uncovered a hidden issue that was, not only caused by an improper installation by the original HVAC company, but who also never properly diagnosed it throughout the 5 years that they would come out to perform "routine maintenance". New unit installed by Filterbuy for one of my rentals in Goldenrod. The first tech and the install team were both great. Quick and clean work. We are going to have them do the maintenance on more of the properties we have in Orlando.

Sean went above and beyond my expectations. My wife and I have a five month old in the house and they were able to come the same day and replace our AC unit/heat unit and air handler. Not only did they give me the best deal in town, but they did an awesome job! Every attention to detail installation, even replacing all of my drip lines and insulating them. They even installed a hurricane plate for the unit outside. Very considerate, professional, and practiced great communication about when They would be here and how long it would take. They really saved the day. I can’t recommend them enough.
