I have been a customer of Comfort Pros Air & Heat for years now. Billy and his dad originally installed our air conditioner and it works like a champ. I can definitely say that the service is reliable and efficient. Justin and Henry did my routine maintenance on my air conditioner today and they were both knowledgeable, Friendly and did an exceptional job. Comfort Pros Air & Heat, LLC has earned my trust and loyalty.

Comfort Pros somehow always gets my old A/C cooling again. They respond quickly, and their charges are fair. My mother and brother had them install their new A/C units, and I plan to do the same in the near future. I highly recommend Billy and Justin.

If you are too lazy to read the rest of this review-this company is the real deal, 5 stars, highly recommended for all your HVAC needs. Previously with Energy Air since 2018 but they got out of the residential business without notifying me and I had to find a new HVAC company to take over the annual maintenance. Stumbled across Comfort Pros Air & Heat by pure luck and got on the schedule within 24 hours. Ervin showed up and went over all of the different options available for maintenance and was not pushy or overly aggressive trying to sell any of them. I could’ve just paid for the one time service today but opted for the Platinum Comfort Club Maintenance Agreement (2 visits/yr), had an existing UV bulb replaced, and installed a new UVC light kit with a transformer. Ervin meticulously went through each AHU inside and each condenser outside, and explained everything he was doing along the way. He certainly knows his stuff and answered all of my HVAC questions. I think he might have been here for 3.75 hours in total which is more than any other technician prior performing annual maintenance. He even put on shoe covers (without me asking) before entering my home which is a great sign of respect in my culture. I am very pleased with the first service today and have found my new HVAC company. Thank you Ervin & Comfortable Pros Air & Heat!

***Update 12/16/25***: I can’t say enough good things about Comfort Pros and especially their senior HVAC technician, Sean. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Sean went truly above and beyond to diagnose an issue with our air handler. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem and correctly identified a failed ECM motor, explaining everything clearly and honestly along the way. Personally I think blower motor replacements are a bit too much for a homeowner to do. You are dealing with high voltage, low voltage, removing your circuit board, understanding how the blower housing is held, likely going to be dealing with a cage that wont let go from the shaft. But his expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident the entire time. The repair was handled efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a technician who combines deep technical knowledge with genuine care for the customer, but Sean absolutely does. AI might be coming to other industries but they will never be able to do what Sean just did. God bless all skilled tradesmen who are keeping homes running. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company with top-tier technicians like Sean, Comfort Pros is the one to call. Highly recommend—if you don’t believe me look at all their reviews (and gold award from Orlando Sentinel) except for that one guy leaving a 2 star rating because he didn’t get a call back soon enough on a quote.

Comfort Pro is definitely a five star plus plus company. I have been using them for over 10 years both at my home and at our school. No matter what the problem they are extremely responsive and they take care of it to get everything back and going quickly. I have referred them to so many people and they two are very happy with their service.

Ervin is wonderful! Such a joy to be able to know you can trust your technician during the stressful times when your AC is failing. He’s the ONLY technician I want servicing my AC.

Billy and his company have helped my family and I in several different a/c situations. They go above and beyond to make sure to always be on time, professional, and competitively priced.
I had first used them over 3 years ago when my older a/c unit stopped working and then again when my Parents’ a/c unit was acting up. Unlike other technicians we have worked with in the past, they are quick to put the emergency on the schedule, treat the case as high priority, and thoroughly explain what is going on.

I am so thankful to have found Comfort Pros. Last year, they did a phenomenal job installing a new AC in my daughter/son-in-law's home. Then after their install Ervin came to service our unit & was outstanding. He's SO knowledgeable & thorough and determined why we were experiencing water dripping from the air handler & corrected it. Our previous AC company just said "condensation" & did nothing else. Fast forward to today--Ervin was here again for our checkup & again did a wonderful job.
