Incredible work and customer service by Ali and his team installing my new handler. 24-hour turnaround time from assessment to quote to starting work, arrived on time, got straight to work, communicated with me every step of the way, and did an amazing job. Best around -- hands down. Would highly recommend.

If we could give this company 10 stars we would! My husband returned from a trip to find our downstairs AC unit not operating. He did a search and ended up calling 2 other nearby companies before he called Precision. The others either did not answer the phone or were too busy. Ray at Precision said he could get someone there that same morning. Guadalupe came out and spent two hours of detective work. He identified several issues (the system is 12 years old) with the most significant being a freon leak. A new system was recommended. I asked for a quote and received one within the hour. I approved the quote and asked if they could somehow band aid the existing system to get me some cool air until the new system could be installed. Ray did better than that - he said they would install the same day! Not only that but he personally came out to help his crew so that the entire system was finished about dinner time.

The new system works like a charm and we all slept well last night.
Thanks Precision - we are committed customers from now on!

They trying to charge almost $1300 labor costs for an AC they installed 4 years ago with part warranty covers the part for air blower they asked me close to $1300 when another company asked only $300.

My HVAC went man down. I set up appt with precision for next day and few other local HVAC companies . However, I chose Precision and cancelled all others. They came next day at 8am to give me an estimate and by 12. They were at the door ready for business. The 3 gentleman were very professionals and very well educated with HVAC. All questions and concerns were answered in simple terms. If I had to say something negative it would be the spreading of the white puddy thingy lol. But it’s not that serious as I’m a perfectionist / OCD. Overall I highly recommend precision solution. Thank you

Ali, Antonio and Khalil installed a new air conditioning system for us, all three(3) guys were amazing; good manners and very professional. The job was done timely and the price was beyond affordable. They cleaned up after themselves and even washed down the driveway. Precision Air will forever be my go to for all things air conditioning systems.

Ray and his team are amazing. Our a/c went out so they came out to diagnose the problem. We decided to go with a new system and it was completely installed the next day. The other companies that I called had to wait to see if they could get the unit/price/schedule etc. Highly recommend Precision Air Solutions!

We are extremely grateful for this company and a special shout out to Ray the owner who went above and beyond to have our unit financed and installed same day! When we first moved into our home our electric bill was almost 400 and after installing the new AC ot dropped to almost 200! We are extremely pleased with Ray and Precision Air and there honest and efficient service! We will be recommending them for sure!!! On 8-11-2020, Angel and Jamie came to have house to replace my inside/outside ac units also did the installation in my attic. First off all they did to wait about 10 minutes outside because I was not ready for them. So when they got start it was about 93 degrees outside, then it started raining. They took there time to make sure the job was done neatly, they even move a lot of stuff that was in there were. They did an awesome job very nice and neat, what a amazing crew. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs there AC unit replace.

Had a new AC installation by 2 young men with Precision Air Solution. They did an outstanding job. They were very professional and answered any questions I had during the installation process. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Air Solution for any AC repairs and services.

We received our new unit the day after we received our estimate and scheduled the replacement. Mike and his team were here and got started early. They answered any questions we had.

I am editing my rating because of obvious reasons. When I gave my original rating it was given as 5 rating. Now I am giving based on the way these guys responded to my issues.

The poorest of the poor service of these guys. The new Manager Mike has not resolved my problems even after several calls, emails and messages.

When I try to reach emails, only once I got response.

This Precision Air has never attended to my problem. One of the rooms where they did both AC installation and Duct clean work and all, only in one room AC is not coming good. The Owner seems to be On Holiday. The new management is Poorly doing things. I think these guys are only good till they install and then forget if any customers want help. The current team is an utter failure. NOne of the guys who worked originally are there. Even when I reach on the number listed on the website, the same person answers. Even after multiple times explaining the problem, till now no one atleast called or attended or resolved it.
The company is not able to provided a simple thing AHRC certificate matching with my Invoice.

Another issue is my AHRC cetificate, till now following up on this atleast on this email came, but all the times the Model Numbers are different from what was listed on the Invoice. OUC has rejected my application for the rebate. And this guy Mr. Mike says thats not big deal, its just 100 or something. Why does he care about how much I am getting. He couldn't give a simple document of AHRC.

This team is useless. I will not recommend them at all.

Our technician was cordial, he completed a thorough inspection of our AC, gave us some advice on how to maintain it for optimal performance. Overall, great experience!

☆☆☆☆☆ I called on Sunday not thinking a real person would answer but here is where my 1st wow began. A real human answered lol...I spoke to Roy & made an appointment. Monday, Ray showed up on time & I signed the contract & shared w/ him how picky I was. He said for me to personally call him as soon as the job was completed. I will call him first thing tomorrow morning. On Tuesday today the A/C & / Handler arrived on time w/ Edgar & Angel. They were very professional. After they arrived Angel noticed my lines were old & breaking easily. He showed me. I have lived here for 30 years & I knew these lines weren't looking good at all. I didn't know what to do. I was devastated & confused in what to do. Angel & Edgar explained to me into details. Angel convinced me to get new lines for my system. It made sense. Such a big investment. It wasn't in my budget but he made me see the importance of doing this. So Instead of canceling the whole deal which I felt like doing when I saw these lines. I made the correct decision to have new lines put in as recommended. I have learned in my life to listen to the pros. They both blew my mind w/ their work. They worked as if they were working on their own home. I am so impressed w/ this team. I never realized the work that goes into this. The way they do it is worth every penny. Later 2 others arrived just to check all was going well & to bring the new lines for the job. They take FULL PRIDE in all they did for me. If there is any such thing as exceeding 10 more miles this Duo did it for me. I had recommended this company to a neighbor even before I did mine own home. I had only had heard great things about this company. Their warranties are the best & their prices for all they do is unbeatable. I kept asking you do that too? Totally wowed me. They came fully equipped w/ wood boards, cutters, torch, even the pre-made concrete block that goes on top of my own concrete where the AC unit goes.Talk about being thorough. They don't work to connect and go. Trust me they do so much more & they will not leave till all is done completely right to perfection. They are Reliable, Professional, Friendly, Safety, Honest, Clean as they work, Knowledgable, work to perfection & super exceeded my standards. BTW my neighbor is also thrilled w/ her installation done earlier this year w/ Precision Air Solutions w/ 2 other installers which did a great job as well. They really all work to perfection. Thank you for having such a wonderful company here in Central Florida & for having Angel & Edgar. A few more names to add to my list is Mike who is an EXCELLENT Communicator on the telephone & gets things done quickly. Juan & Sebastian great aswell.( Sebastian is not his name but I gave him that nickname. :)). It's truly amazing how everyone in this comapany gels together. They speak Spanish aswell which is a plus for the non English speakers. My 95 year old Father thanks both of these Men & the company. Well I called Precision Air to install new air conditioners. Took them a solid 2 days to install both AC units. The first night they left me without AC, not the end of the world as I already owned a portable AC unit for hurricanes. The next day they came in and finished the job. They left telling me everything was running, I shouldn't have any issues. The following day I saw my dehumidifier & fresh air unit weren't working and that they damaged my brand new closet but never bothered to inform me. I emailed about both issues, owner had his nephew come out to take a look and I was told they were waiting on a part to fix it. Month later I called, same thing they are waiting on a part. Now it's been 2 and I've been calling, texting, and emailing but getting absolutely no response from anyone. I asked my neighbors about it and he said that he's been responding to him. This confirmed to me that they were avoiding me. I've updated my review so no one else falls into this trap of spending a ton of money to install new AC's having a poor job done and then being to be completely ignored when asked to fix it. I'm left with contacting another AC company to fix what should have been dealt with by Precision. I can not & will not recommend Precision anymore.

Based on recommendations from my neighbors I called Precision Air about a leak in my 3 year old rusted Lennox coils. They showed up same day to take a look at the problem, gave me my options. After discussing them with my wife, we decided to replace both coils. They came the next day and replaced both coils within a few hours. A/C has been running unlike anything we've seen since we moved in all thanks to Precision! Highly recommend them!

The precision team did a great job with my AC. Especially Khalil who had to climb in some tight spaces in my attic. The job was done well, on time, and at a good price. Would recommend.
