We have used Shaw Mechanical for our commercial & industrial property since they started in business years ago. They are very professional, responsive, do great work and have so much honesty & integrity, all of which starts from the top, down! We've been very pleased with their service and follow-thru.

I had tried for over 2 months to get my air ducts replaced & the guy that kept not calling me back when he said he would no longer works for them & every message & attempt to talk to the guy in the office never happened. I never got a call back and am very unsatisfied with the whole ordeal. I found a company that does a superb job, figures in to account how much air each room needs, what part of the house gets the most sun, explains everything, calls back quickly or answers the phone right away & the best part to this excellent work & professionalism is that it's almost $1500 less. Everything happens for a reason!!!

We purchased our new heat pump from Shaw last February and have been extremely pleased with both the product and the service provided. The installer and technician, Angel, is fabulous! I would not hesitate to recommend Shaw Mechanical for your A/C needs.

Shaw was recommended to me by a neighbor who has been pleased for many years. I called and was greeted with eagerness to accomodate my broken AC unit, but the were fully booked for the entire day, but they were willing to call back when there was a cancellation at the last minute. Service tech was excellent! Thanks for the cool air!

Excelente servicio. La instalación del aire acondicionado fue rápida y profesional. El equipo funciona perfectamente y desde entonces mi casa se mantiene fresca incluso en los días más calurosos. Recomiendo esta compañía sin dudarlo!
