Outstanding Company! I have been using Roberts Mechanical for my air conditioner service for about a year now. They are extremely responsive, trustworthy and the best AC company I have used in the past 35 years. Technicians Andy and Kyle are fantastic. They are professional, smart and very respectful. Thanks Andy and Kyle. The office is a great staff and always a pleasure to work with. I just had an issue where the AC stopped working yesterday. David in the office was able to have Kyle come within the hour and get the unit working again.

Thought I had a compressor problem, was worried on cost, spoke to office, They suggested I try a few things, then schedule a tune up if it works. The problem was a stuck drain tube backing up because of leaves and mud. Great service, great staff.

We had purchased a thermostat and our DYI installation was done incorrectly causing our power bill to jump 5 times normal. The tec who came to correct this was well trained and courteous. He made sure everything was performing perfectly before he left. I would use RMI again and recommend them to friends.

When we moved to FL 18 years ago, we used the bigger company that the original homeowners used. After several years, we needed to replace our AC unit and a friend suggested that we try RMI and I am so glad that we did. We were quoted on a unit that was the right size for our home and was within our price range. The installation was very thorough, and the technicians were kind and answered my questions (probably too many questions!) Our copper underground coolant line was leaking after the install and RMI was quick to fix the leak, and our house was once again cool. I call RMI for our yearly maintenance and the techs are always knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend RMI Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for an honest, experienced and reliable family company. David and Denise are fantastic to work with.

Papo Vargas & his crew one of respectable people i ever knew

MPS Inc’s Mr. Vargas installed a new unit on 2019 in our townhome. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and he has been aware of all the water situation that has happened on our townhome, water damaging our floor. On October of 2021, it happens again Mr. Vargas mention it was because of inclination of the unit due to the water. It wasn’t possible because it has only been happening since 2019 when the unit was installed and not before.
The Safety Switch never stopped the unit to avoid water spill. MPS Inc has come to our home and done the maintenances required for the HVAC unit. An experience company should have noticed this problem when was installing the new unit, especially when there is a drainage issue over 85 feet long and no inclination.
MPS, Inc took advantage of my situation, making me pay more than I was supposed to pay for the problem. Vargas told me to fix it that the insurance company will reimburse me… I was deceived. I have made multiple contact in different ways, phone calls, texts, email and certified letters. Till this day Mr. Vargas has ignore me and haven’t respond to any of the different methods of my communication to him. The company has responded, but hasn’t taken responsibility of their actions.
The problem could have been fix for $500 by a recommendation of two other A/C technicians, the problem was the exit drainage and not the inclination of the unit. I WAS OVERCHARGED. I WOULD NOT CALL/RECOMMEND MPS INC ANYMORE.
