Good place to get pro level maintenance HVAC supplies if you are a DIY person. Just know what you need as pro stuff is not for everyone and all equipment.

The worst customer service in the business. They don't want to make business... if you ask about parts before they look for it they tell you we don't have it. I hope the owner know how his counter staff treat customer . Never going back again . Also telling all my customers and friends.

Sold my father and I ,a Thermostat, which turned out to be a Defective unit.

We went to get a replacement, because it is broken, not trying to return it, because we bought one for no good reason(or bought 2 but needed 1 or something), but replace it because it is defective.

But the guy at the register just pointed at their sign that said No returns.

We told him, we were referred by our HVAC guy who works with a sizeable company, but himself and his co-worker, had just brushed it off and said said the larger the company, the less oversight, (I would have accepted any business they could get),
anyway,we will go to another business when we have to make our next purchase.

Associates that work here got no idea what customers service is..sold me a transformer not on the original box that doesn't work for 59.00. Came and asked for replacement got denied. I went down to totalcool 1mile down same transformation $24 in original box.

First let me just say that selling to private people and not just contractors is awesome. Because of that fact, I was able to do the work myself. Saving hundreds of dollars. Your staff made sure that not only did I have all that I neede to do the job but all the info I neede to do the job right. Thank you so much for all that you did.

I think the owner needs to work a bit more closer with his employees. Called for part verification, the person assisting me over the phone had No customer skills. If you don't like your job then quit and try something else. By the way it was a male and provide no name. Taking my business to “Shoreline Distributors Inc”. They are on the same road.

This place is awesome. I'm an average homeowner, not an HVAC pro, I came in with an 8 month old and a picture of my condenser motor data tag and they had a replacement in stock. Everywhere else would have been a 5 day wait to ship or special order, instead my family is enjoying our increasingly comfortable home tonight. The staff was great, very courteous and professional even though it was obvious I didnt know specifics about what I needed. It's truly a first class establishment.
