They came out to clean and service my mini split unit, done fair on cleaning the inside unit but there were parts like the fan blade he did not know how to take off there for it didn't get cleaned good then I wanted him to check the freon which I thought came with the service, he did NOT, he recommended he didn't and I for some stupid reason went along with it well 2 days later it's throwing a code, low in refrigeration, call them back and were going to charge me another service fee anyway still told them to come on, I never see or hear anything from them, finally had someone else to put some freon in for me! Want call Warsaw heating and air no more!!!

Wanting a mini-split, wall-mount, 2-zone system, the choices and subtle differences (seemingly only understood by experts) were too much for me to deal with. Called Linda for appointment and was promptly scheduled with Dan Taiclet the next day. Dan was great, fully explained any questions I had and quickly resolved the issue. He even came back out (a week later) to make sure the system was running well. I have a mechanical background and highly recommend Dan/Temperature Pro, they will be my next call when something is needed!

Linda and angel were awesome !!!! Linda understood my urgency and helped me to get an appointment on the same day , she had to work on the team schedule to get an appointment. Angel was really awesome, he troubleshooted and fixed the issue . He explained to me what was going and was persistent to find out what was going as the intial fix did not do the trick.

I had an AC emergency recently. TemperaturePro Orlando went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! From start to finish, their staff was fast, professional, and did amazing work. They were totally swamped and had a ton of stuff outside of work going on, but they bent over backwards and great personal expense to make sure I was happy. Also, they explained every charge (which was very reasonable and less than I was expecting), and stood by their work 100%. I will only go to Linda and TemperaturePro from now on with any of my HVAC needs!

Great company! Arrived on time and installed a gigantic AC system in record time. Afterwards they walked me through everything they did and even showed me how it all works and how to program it to my liking whenever I want to change the settings. I have suggested Temperature Pro Orlando to everyone I meet and will always continue to do so. We all know in Florida that we need a AC company on speed dial.
