This company is hands down THE BEST HVAC company in the Greater Orlando area. Linda Page is an amazing owner and is caring about her customer's needs. Her technicians, Rodrigo and Jaime are two of the most knowledgeable people I know industry wide. Their pricing is more than fair and choice of product is wide. They will not steer you wrong!! I'm very happy with the 5 ton A/C they just installed for my home!! I Highly recommend them!!! 10 STARS!!!!!

This company did a great job installing our AC unit back in 2020. Last September 2023 during annual maintenance they dispatched a trainee with a senior tech. Something happened at the outside AC unit while we were talking and the senior tech made a face to the trainee that gave me an impression that the trainee did something wrong, but they did not discuss it in front of me. At the end of the visit they said the compressor had an intermittent issue, which I never had before the maintenance visit and the compressor needed to be replaced. When they tried to schedule the repair with me, I asked if everything was covered under warranty and I did not get a reply and the AC worked ok until now.
Now its summer and I have to flip the flow switch daily to reset the AC. I called to inquire about service and asked if they had any notes from our previous visit, and the receptionist found a quote I have never received for over $1000 to replace a warranty compressor. I really feel like they need to take some responsibility here because I know they made a mistake even though I can't prove it. I have to get the service through them because the compressor parts are under warranty with them. I know I shouldn't have waited this long to address this and I'll write another review or an update based on how things go during their visit but I feel like I'm certainly getting bent here.

Everyone who I have spoken with who has used Temperature Pros of Orlando has been thoroughly pleased with them. The owner, Linda, has been so helpful with my questions about AC. It's a tough industry to be in, especially during the last few years, but I admire how Linda is very communicative about the entire process, supply, and follow up. Great service! No call too small... and I appreciate that.

I contacted Chris and team to inspect our HVAC units before the sale of our house. The guys found that one of the units needed a repair. They showed me the part and explained the cost for replacement, which was reasonable. They completed the work quickly and the payment process was quick and easy. The The experience was great from start to finish, with superior customer service, and I highly recommend TemperaturePro Orlando for your HVAC needs — maintenance, repair, and inspection.

I had previously given this company five stars. Since the change in ownership, the service quality has noticeably declined. I was working with the company to resolve an issue of excessive condensation from the handler. They mentioned they were in contact with the manufacturer, but I never received any updates. I had to repeatedly follow up, only to be told they would try to get me an answer—yet no resolution was ever provided.

Additionally, I had signed up for their maintenance service deal but only used one out of the two services. I inquired about a refund for the unused portion, it has now been over three months without any response. While I understand transitions can be challenging, the lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating.

Finding a trustworthy AC company is next-to-impossible. This company is the real deal. They provide excellent customer service, great work in the field, and they truly care about what you think of them. This is my go-to company in Orlando. From now on, if I have a problem, I am going to them. Linda is an absolute pleasure. She provided my tenants with a temporary portable AC unit while they were awaiting replacement of the old split system AC unit. My tenants were able to ride out the process in comfort. No extra charge for that service. It was done as a customer courtesy. This company is truly a diamond in the rough. There is a reason why everyone only has positive things to say in their reviews.

My A/C stopped working at night due to it being clogged. The next morning I called and spoke with a very nice lady named Linda. She sent her staff out to my house within an hour. Angel checked and serviced my A/C. He was quick, professional and efficient. They took pictures of what they worked on, and explained everything so that I was educated and aware. Their pricing is affordable and provides quality work. A very great job, would definitely use them again and will be referring friends/family to TemperaturePro Orlando!

This business is under new ownership. They are just out to bleed you. Extremely unhelpful. When I called to get an answer to a simple question, they immediately wanted to schedule a service call -- completely the opposite of every other service experience I had with the previous management. I thanked them for their time and told them I will take my business elsewhere (and I already have). Zero stars if I could.

TemeraturePro is THE BEST A/C SERVICE we've ever used.

All their technicians are polite, professional, knowledgeable. They take their time and will even explain to you how they are repairing the issue you are having. Linda is a delight to work with - she completely understands the frantic urgency one feels when their A/C is on the fritz, and she handles this with the utmost understanding and professionalism.

Although I don't look forward to my A/C failing, I know that when I call TemperaturePro, it will be fixed promptly, correctly, and at a fair price. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

So happy we called Temperature Pro! From the first phone call, Linda was beyond helpful and nice. In addition to needing routine maintenance, one of our AC unit's drain line was blocked causing the unit to turn off. Linda was quick to get us an appointment for the very next day and was even apologizing they couldn't get someone out the same day we called. This was a first for us. We had a maintenance plan with another company for many years and they wouldn't even send someone out for days for an emergency call! The price of Temperature Pro's maintenance plan is also half the price and it includes two services a year, not one! We wish we had called them years ago. The technician was on time, friendly, and very hard working. The blocked drain line was stubborn, but he worked diligently and got it unblocked. Our last company was never able to get it fully unblocked, so we would have to call every couple months for the same issue. Temperature Pro was honest and upfront about a weak capacitor and gave us the option to replace now, wait until it goes out, or have them check it again at the next service. We had an overall wonderful experience and wish we had called them years ago. Highly recommend Temperature Pro to others.

Highly recommend Rodrigo! My stress & frustration had reached it's limit with my 1.5 year old AC system, that another company installed. Seems to always be something and I'm not sure the original company/installer has complete integrity. So I was done with calling them to come out. My neighbor referred Chris Spencer with TemperaturePro. I was hesitant, because, who can you trust and I had already spent enough money. But I was also at the end of the rope. Chris called when he said he would and was very kind and accommodating. The next day, Rodrigo showed up and it really couldn't have been a better experience. As mentioned, my emotions were raw and Rodrigo was very patient with me. He smiled, listened, didn't call me crazy, and took his time to investigate what could be the cause. He didn't give up on me and just walk out when nothing was obvious. He really listened and thought it through. Then he said, let's try this. And that was it! The solution! Thank God. He effectively explained everything to me and made it make sense. I'm beyond satisfied with his service. I hope & pray that I have found my new AC company.

We own a handyman company, and we have been exclusively referring Temperature Pro Orlando to our clients for over a year. Usually, as a handyman team, we like to have a couple of people in each industry so when someone says, "Oh, I had a bad experience with them already," you're ready to make a better connection. Not so with Chris & his team at TPO. They are beloved by all their clients (and mine). They are honest, dependable, affordable, and knowledgeable. I am not sure what more you can ask for. I remember one time when the GM Chris had his own AC out for five days because he was prioritizing his clients' needs first. That is the level of service we should all aspire to. Bravo, Chris & team!!

So yesterday evening we noticed one of our AC units wasn’t functioning properly and when I checked it had ice on the air handler coils. I immediately called Chris Spencer at Temperature Pro and told him I needed someone to come over but not until today if at all possible. The house was at 79°, not ideal but could have been worse obviously. Even during this storm, they arrived and check the system. My blower motor was done and they were able to get a new one in a few hours. My system is older and most companies would have tried to have me replace the entire system. Rodrigo was professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He made sure our system got back on and waited until the temperature started to drop before leaving. I cannot recommend them enough, they are our AC company from now on.

UPDATE: I did receive a phone call letting me know they used the wrong code and overcharged me. They refunded my credit card $190.
Original post: Air2 Homes bought Maximum Air. I used Maximum Air for years. I even used Air2 Homes after they took over, in July, and the price was reasonable. I just used them again and they charged me $253 for a flow switch, a $20 part, on top of the $125 trip fee and $190 diagnostic fee.
