I needed to have new A/C installed. I got three quotes, and Temperature Pro was far and away the best of the three. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my initial questions. They were honest and up-front about all of the costs and explained my options carefully. Their installer was conscientious, friendly, and fast. He even spent time explaining the work he was doing. This was a great experience, and I won't use anyone else. Thanks!

Simply adding to what you already know. Great great great service from installation to follow up service when a fuse blew - came out literally within two hours of me calling. As a customer who values customer service and punctuality if there is a company better in the state or nation I would be surprised... no exaggeration! First class all the way, highest and strongest possible recommendation.

Temperature Pro installed a new heat pump and air handler in my home. Not only were their quotes the most reasonable but the quality of the work was high as well. Dan was the only person who actually went up in my attic to check my vents and ductwork when he came to give us a quote. The installers were quick, efficient, and respectful. The office staff has answered multiple questions for me. They also filled out the forms so we could get both the warranty for the equipment and a rebate from our electric company. I would recommend Temperature Pro to anyone looking to get HVAC work done on their house.

I really enjoy the service that TemperaturePro provided. From scheduling to repair. Technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable and able to figure out problem which was repaired on the spot. The cost was very reasonable and much better then other competitors in town. I highly recommend them for any service from minor repairs to full system replacement.

Highly recommend! We had another company come out to repair our air conditioner and the tech found our compressor to be bad. The unit was three years old and under warrantee so they provided a price to replace the compressor (labor only). They were going to let me know when they could get the compressor and they have not responded to date. Since we did not get any response I checked the web for another company and found Temperature Pro. I spoke with Linda in customer service and she was more than helpful. After my initial call, Linda called me back immediately to let me know they had a tech in the area and 10 minutes later the tech was here. They ordered the compressor that day and installed the following day. Temperature Pro provided excellent service and the level of professionalism from everyone we dealt with was sincere. KM

I bought a 1972 house that had problems with the AC from the beginning. From a refrigerant leak to a compressor blowing. They were always quick to respond to an emergency and quick to get me back up and running. In December 2020, I decided to purchase a new system and I wanted the best, most eco-friendly one I could get. I wanted a 4 ton, 18 seer unit. They came and measured to ensure the air handler would fit in my current closet. They had to remove the frame for it to fit, but now it looks custom made. The came in, installed the new unit, and cleaned up after themselves.

I even had them vent in the bonus room. It was a tight fit but they made it happen. A month later, when it started to heat up outside, I realized the newly vented room was not cooling properly. They immediately came out, analyzed the problem, and figured out a solution to make the temperature regulate properly.

I highly recommend this company. The personalized service they provide is top notch!

They did my AC maintenance, replaced my ducts, and blew insulation into my attic for great prices. Thank you, guys!

I have been waiting for an email or call back for over a year. The work that was done needed to be "fixed" in less than a year from a BRAND NEW AC install.

I thought it was a great service originally so even referred to a friend. They have had similar issues to me... brand new AC with issues. I am happy to talk about this and work through the issue but the lack of communication has been very stressful and I would have chosen another vendor.

Update 12/19 I got one call... and no response or resolution since then.

I was “HIGHLY” referred to TemperaturePro by a friend and then I read their reviews on google. They get rave reviews and so I decided to call and schedule an appointment with them.
I called in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day luckily because I was having issues with my AC not blowing cold air.

Linda, who apparently is the owner, answered the phone and she was so sweet, patient, and easy to work with!
She said Dan would be out sometime between 2-4 and he did just that!
I cannot say enough about Dan! He listened to all my concerns and answered all my MANY questions! He was so kind and patient!
Dan (THE MAN) was super knowledgeable and figured out exactly what was wrong (bad Capacitor)!
Dan went the extra mile and it’s obvious why this company gets such high reviews!
Pricing was reasonable as well!

I plan on using this company long term and will recommend to anyone who needs an AC repair company!

I highly recommend TemperaturePro! Both Linda and Dan provided me with excellent customer service. They were always available when I had any questions about my new A/C install process. They insured my home was cooling until they were able to install my new A/C.

Their pricing on my new A/C and install was more than fair and the new A/C was installed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again for all my A/C needs.

I had more than 3 times service call from them, they showed up on time frame as they promised so far, technicians are very knowledgeable what they are doing and they fixed my AC problem each time they came to my properties instantly.

Temperature Pro... what a fantastic company. I really can't say enough good about them. Over the past 3yrs or so, they have installed a new entire A/C system that works fantastic, I had an issue and Linda sent someone right out and they were able to get the part replaced and all under warranty. Their prices are reasonable and they do stand behind everything that they sell. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Highly recommended !!!

Dan from Temperature Pro Orlando is GREAT. We recently purchased a townhouse in Timber Creek. We immediately signed up for their annual maintenance plan. We know that preventative maintenance is well worth the investment. Our previous heat pump system lasted over 25 years. Dan thoroughly cleaned our coils & check the system for the spring maintenance. At the same time, we had him install a new thermostat (previous owner installed the wrong thermostat). Not only GREAT service, but their prices are outstanding.
