HVAC reviews in Orlando, Florida

I came here to buy some parts for an emwergency repair and they only sell to contractors. Nothing on their website indicated that this is only for contractors. If you are not a licensed contractor do not come here.

Called about a part but they don’t sell to the general public ( understandable ) but when I asked if she mite know we’re I can get that part she replied with “ I’m not information “. Never herd that one from a customer service rep before!

terrible company and terrible equipment

I am a unhealthy senior waiting for a inside unit on a 2016 air conditioner. I brought lennox because its a great company. its 90 in my house and i am physically melting waiting for answers and rinaldi

John was very nice and helpful need more guys like him in these supply houses.

Hunter is an awesome manager he did the right thing we had a defective acetylene tank that would not open one of the associates I won’t call any names refuse to do the right thing for the customer she wanted us to drive 40 minutes to another Lennox location to exchange a $20 part that was defective which they had in stock at the location in Orlando. However Hunter stepped up to the plate and delivered we were able to get to our service call on time and Took care of the customer thank you Hunter.

If you’re there while the warehouse workers are “in a meeting” be prepared to wait. I sat at the counter, costing my customer, $80 an hour for over 30 minutes. Apparently they “showroom” employees aren’t allowed to pull stock from the “RDC’s warehouse stock”. Time is money and they wasted both of mine.

If your'e a truck driver delivering here be very careful to meet your appointment. They have the smallest windows for delivery in the industry. They only accept deliveries for 2 hours each day. If you miss your appointment, it could be a week before they will receive your load.

John and Ozzie deserve a thumbs up. Whatever they can do to help they do. Today Ozzie noticed a mismatched unit that the driver wouldn't have caught, cause that's not his job, and saved a whole lot of headaches that would have ensued. Thanks guys
