Air conditioner crapped out on us, contacted them and dealt with very good customer service, made an appointment and they were prompt and on time, explained everything that they were doing and needed to do. Skip the auto attendants and give Chris a call. Chris doesn't operate out of a large company that we have seen more and more offshore their customer service. Chris is great at what he does, and even better at working with people. If you're fair to him, he's even more fair to you.
