The best company of AC I call so many places and the cost was out of my pocket. But they find wha was the problem they fixed and the work for me . I contacted DMac services, but they recommend a new thermostat. After I got the new thermostat, the person said a fuse went bad because it was turn off incorrectly, after few hours I turned of the A/C the right way, and my unit dies not work. D Mac is ignored my calls and all I get is voice mail. Would you think this is the way to respond to an elderly woman, during very hot days?.

Called these folks the Sunday morning after July 4th. My AC stopped cooling on the 4th, go figure. They sent out Kirk, the on-call tech who was quick, efficient, and honest in his repair. Very reasonably priced especially considering the inconvenient time I called. They are local to boot. Highly recommend.

I called Kirk last night and he Jon and Jason arrived at my home the next afternoon when I got out of work, they were professional and courteous and they fixed my problem at half the price of a larger well known company, not only did they fix my A.C. unit but they also helped get my hot water heater back up as well as my stove, known of which is what they were there for, but these guy's went above and beyond and I am very grateful, they will have my business from now on!!!! Great job guy's thank you!!!!!

You can tell that these guys care about customer satisfaction. They were direct and honest with their assessment of my AC unit. The price was lower than local competitors. On top of that, they went above and beyond in getting my AC unit fully functional. Thank you!

They came and was quick to find the issue so 5 stars. Minus 1 star because recommended a thermostat which was not necessary. Minus 4 stars because they wanted to charge $275 for a contactor. I work on other equipment that use contactors, contactors retail for around $25 to $30. I denied them installing. I purchased the contactor I needed on amazon for $19. That is a rip off price at $275, taking advantage of the ignorance of your customer can only go so far. Replacing myself, thanks for letting me know the issue for a good price(plus1 star). Also I think they subcontracted to another vendor as it did not say DMAC on the vehicle minus 1 star. I replaced the contactor cost $19, did not need the thermostat they said was bad. Replaced it anyway with a larger display for my old eyes, cost $31. Fully fixed myself for $79 diagnostic, and $50 parts. Compared to their $275 charge for contactor (outrageous), and thermostat $100, plus probably another $150 labor or more. My biggest issue is the $275 retail for a $$19 retail item, still a one star.

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I am 6 months pregnant and it’s mid- July. My air stopped blowing cold on a Saturday evening. This company came out in less than 2 hours from when I called and diagnosed/fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Although a little pricey for one part to be replaced, I thought it was worthwhile for the quick response and weekend night call out. I slept in cold AC and was very grateful! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue!!!

My parents ac broke the day before I was leaving. Record heat happening at this time. My dad called his usual service provider but they could not come for several days. I googled to find emergency repair and found DMAC. They came next day, on time, fixed the issue, treated my elderly parents with respect and charged a reasonable fee. I was so pleased! Highly recommend them.

A big thank you to Kirk and Jason!!! I called DMAC around 7:30 PM tonight when I noticed my A/C was continuously running and it was not cooling the house. They came out an hour later and figured out the issue and was able to fix it on the spot. They are very professional and knowledgeable, they answered all our questions and concerns. They are very upfront about cost and warranty their work. I know if I have any future problems I will be calling them. They are a no nonsense team and get right to work. They are amazing!! The three owners came to my home to assess the condition of my ac unit. I wanted to replace it because my inside handler and the outside unit were not equivalent which caused me a huge electric bill. Plus, they were old. The guys were honest. They assessed that the unit was functional meaning that it didn’t really need replacing (it worked). But my concern was efficiency. I needed much lower bills and better cooling. Especially since summer is coming again.

Once they understood and my concern, they gave me really great price. They were the first of the contractors that I had lined up to to evaluate my systems. Because of their expertise and competitive pricing, I said yes on the spot. I really appreciated seeing them brainstorm to effectively fit the ac needs of my home.

The really smart one walked into my glass sliding door. I’m guessing that was his way of giving me a nonverbal compliment on my cleaning skills 😂. But, I actually did the same thing about a week before 😐. Thier all smart, I just had to tease him!

I hired them after I was being given the run around by a large well know company. I spoke to 5 different people at that company and got 5 different price quotes! Not one of those people would put it in writing! They wanted to be in control!

Everything Kirk and Jon did was explained and reasons were given. They cared about our needs. I was given options and I was the one that chose the air conditioning units. They were very professional and did an impeccable clean job with the installation as well as cleanup! When they left you wouldn’t know they were here.

We initially reached out to another company that quoted us over $5,000 just to replace the coils in our AC unit. The coils were frozen, and they couldn't give us an exact reason why this happened. They were strongly pushing us to buy an entire new AC system even though ours is only 4 years old. We didn't get approved for financing, which I knew we wouldn't, so as soon as the technician (salesman) stepped out of my house, I called Deliver My AC Service Inc.

I explained the situation and how much we were quoted and that our system is only 4 years old. He confirmed my gut feeling that this did not seem right and made it out to my house within 30 minutes (at 8:30pm, mind you). He looked at our unit and very honestly explained to us what the REAL issue was likely leading to the coils freezing, and surprise, surprise, we don't even have to buy a new unit or spend $5,000. He got us on his schedule for tomorrow afternoon to make the repairs and after only meeting him one time I fully believe that he is a trustworthy person.

My grandfather has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for 50 years and has owned his own company for 30 years. He lives in Indiana so could not be much help to us here in FL. We did fill him in on the situation, sent him photos of the unit, and even had him speak with the first salesman over the phone. He also did not believe that this was the right course of action. Unbelievably the salesman would not give up his pitch to try to sell us an entire new unit.

This is already quite lengthy, but long story short, it is a relief to know that there are still honest, hardworking people out there like the team at DMAC. Being first time homeowners can be stressful enough without having to also deal with shady businessmen that just want to make a sale. The DMAC team clearly communicated the repairs suggested, the process for making the repairs happen, and the proper maintenance for the system after the work is done. I now know who I will call if/when we have more services that need to be done.

We were heading into the summer months knowing our aging Air Conditioner would soon need to be replaced. We were planning to take our time to research the best options and arrange for a purchase and install only to have the unit completely stop working while “sheltering at home” with several 90+ degree days approaching. Kirk and the team at very locally owned DMAC (Deliver My AC Service Inc) professionally and heroically delivered and installed a new unit right away at a more than fair price and excellent follow up. We are thrilled with the service we received and could not give a higher recommendation.

We had an emergency on Thursday night. I called few other companies and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg just to come out on the same day( Which would not have included the service by the way). I found DMAC and decided to give them a call. The gentlemen who answered was very professional. Kirk was our service guy. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Kirk explained everything and answered all of my questions. Service price was reasonable. You can just tell that it was a FAMILY owned business because of the top quality service that we received compare to those other overrated companies. I will definitely use this company again for all of our AC issues.

My AC unit started making loud grinding noises one evening. Searched AC Repair and chose ForstChill because of response time. Technician arrived early next morning, found worn bearings in the blower, replaced the part, and tuned the system. Noise gone, cooling strong again. He even checked refrigerant levels for free. Solid work.

Hired ForstChill as hvac contractors to replace ductwork and the outdoor unit. They coordinated permits and scheduled efficiently. Crew protected floors and cleaned as they went. System performance improved dramatically—cooler air faster and lower electric usage. Follow-up call confirmed everything was still good.
