I live in a community that provides free landscaping services and I still pay for Greedy's Landscaping because they're that good. Always shows up no matter when I call and goes above and beyond. They've even taken out trash to help out without asking. Great company

Used this company before and after leaving a positive review i never saw him again. Had to cancel multiple BBQ and wasted money on food. Promises to show up and never does. Last chance I gave him was hoping he showed since I acquired a maintenance contract for 30 locations and needed a landscaper. Guess I will keep looking.

Absolute SCAM ! Similar story to what Ken mentioned. Everything starts well until you give the money he asked for. He will give you a very good price, send you a invoice, you will agree to it and pay him the money for booking equipment, material etc. Next thing you know is the invoice is edited, you don't see the same number you agreed on, the description on work has changed and there is no way to find the invoice he send initially. (the software he uses somehow edit all the previous invoices ) After which everything is about checking box. Job that can take up to a few days will be completed in few hours and he will be at your door to ask for the balance payment. DO NOT HIRE this company.

I would highly recommend Greedy’s! I unfortunately had to switch from a different company for my home due to their inability to send timely invoices. After telling that to Maurice, I was very impressed that he not only trimmed and edged my lawn beautifully but also sent out an invoice within minutes of finishing!
My favorite part about my lawn service is that I asked for specific things to be done (China berries to be blown off of driveway, branches to be moved for bulk pickup) and these extras were actually done! My Lawn looks 100x better than it did with my other company and I’ve only received one cut. Definitely recommend if you’re in the west Orlando area!

BEWARE!!! I hired this company via NEXT DOOR APP! Maurice spent days negotiating price with me and did his follow up. I agreed on a price to plant some podocarpus around my fence. Paid $992.50 upfront to “buy” materials. This was Thursday, Thursday he tells me the nursery ran out of plants. Really!? He then tells me he will come over Friday, Friday comes and tells me they’re still loading another truck. Time goes by and he says Saturday first tithing in the morning. Saturday comes and no answer to my calls OR text messages. Apparently after I went and dug more into Nextdoor app he has multiple profiles and more people have been a victim of this. Money paid upfront and no answer to clients calls. Sunbiz business account is inactive.

My experience was half and half. He did a beautiful job to my back yard and he was supposed to haul everything off but that never happened. I had to pay extra money to haul it off even though I paid him to do it. He was to lay sod in my front yard and I specifically told him St Augustine and the fact my HOA only allowed 2 types so he decided to lay Bermuda and tell me it was st Augustine.

first and last house i will do with maurice, doesn't finish work, says he will do certain line items on the quote, and wont do it after he is paid. Paid him to do a yard at one of my houses, after multiple attempts to reach the individual he never reached back out to finish the project. Safe to say that similar to the other reviews, he will scam you out of your money. Would not recommend sending money to this individual lol.
