Maurice and his helper arrived on time and did an awesome job!! The came and did a clean up after my oak dropped its Spring leaves. My yard looks great! I highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased a home in Orlando and hired Greedy's based on their positive reviews. Things started OK. They cleaned out the overgrowth around our house, charging us $1,700 (fair price).

We then agreed to have them redo our landscaping for $5,000. We paid a deposit of over $1,300, and Greedy's said they would be here to do the work on Monday. They didn't show. Over and over again, week after week, they promised to be here and didn't show up.

They did finally drop by to mow the lawn and about an hour of work removing some existing landscape blocks and then left.

After that, they asked for another $1300. I said I wouldn't pay more until more progress was made on the project. They agreed but still didn't show up after multiple promises.

Finally, I had to give them a deadline to make some progress, and they again promised to meet it. To no surprise, they didn't show up. It became a running joke around the house.

So I'm out about $1000 (considering the bit of work they did complete) and have to find someone to complete the project.

Long story short, I don't recommend Greedy's, but if you do hire them, don't pay anything in advance.

Used Maurice for a trash out project. First appointment we had they didn’t show up, apparently had a transportation issue. I gave them a second chance and they made it and delivered. His guys are a really good at getting the job done.

If they show up they are pretty decent, but they don't show up when they say they will. I paid in advance for 1months service and cannot seem to get them out here. After they came out the one and only time I received a request to lend $50 for 2 free cuts- this appears to be fraud all the way around. After threatening to put a police report in for theft and fraud they finally showed up to do 1 cut 2 weeks later. So I paid for hedges to be done- only one side done and paid for a month in advance of service- only got 1 cut and loaned this fraud $50 for a ladder (to help with cutting my hedges) in exchange for 2 free cuts and got none- absolute fraud! Do not use- I have video footage from my house showing him talking about what our arrangement is, and me paying him (and him saying not to tell the other workers about how much) and texts showing the empty promises of showing up. Do not pay in advance if you are dumb enough to use them! Make them complete their job first!

Maurice and his crew came to my house at very short notice, and moved some heavy machinery around my house. They did an excellent job, and I'm very happy with their service. Five stars.

Maurice gave us a very fair price and came out the next day. We ended up asking if he could do additional work that we hadn’t spoken about and he was more than happy to help. Maurice and his crew were great! Did a fantastic job we will be hiring them again when we need more work done!

Don't even know where to start with this company and the owner but I've been waiting on a refund for over a week after deciding to have another more credible company do our lawn project and after daily texts saying he will start the job AFTER being paid and then not showing up. I should have seen the owners unprofessional response in the comments of these reviews and that should have been a red flag. Also, the Next Door app has horror story reviews of this company that I didn't see until after I hired them. At this point, still haven't gotten my money, the company owes me $200. Willing to edit this review once I get refunded.

Please stay away from this business. I hired them to cut the grass at my yard. He asked me to zelle him the money after he sent me pictures of the yard. He omitted the back of the yard and the side. I zelle him the money and after that he mentioned to me he missed that part and that he will come to cut it 2 days after. This was on July 30th. He has not finished the job I paid him in FULL $450 which he begged me to advance him $50 for gas, which I did. Up to today 08/19/2024 he has not come to cut the grass, he blocked me and has not answer my text messages or calls. He said he will return the money $50each week. I did not pay him in parts, I paid him in full, please STAY AWAY , HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY JUST LIKE HE DID TO ME.

Lost $1,000 because of this business.

Agreed on a price of ~$1000 to trim bushes, install new sod, remove some white gravel, install new weed barrier, and lay down new mulch.

Instead, they removed half of the white rocks and then tried to cover them up (and the fact they never installed the weed barrier) with the mulch.

They never installed any new sod. Instead they pocketed the full $1000 and cancelled 7 (yes I counted) times over the next two months to complete work. They lied multiple times about stopping by.

They promised a refund and I did not receive any money back.

I was able to get half my money back thanks to another reviewer who mentioned not to pay cash and I used a protected Venmo business payment instead. Unfortunately, I still am out $500 because I wanted to save them money on transaction fees :(

I even asked for a new plant to match the existing plants and they put in a random red plant??

Anyways, I would avoid this company. If you decide to use them don't pay upfront unless it's with some type of purchase protection like Venmo for services.

Greedy’s Landscaping has installed our sod and borders, and has done our mulching for a few years now. We are always satisfied with the results. Great price, detailed work, professional service! We definitely recommend this company!

Great company, very professional staff. They did a great job on our landscape, irrigation, plants and changed our driveway from concrete to pavers. Loved how it all turned out.

I could not be happier with the job that Ground Source completed yesterday. I had a smaller section of grass replaced and a pretty good-sized tree stump ground. My goal was to put new grass by the sidewalk and road and to make the ground more level where a tree once had been. They made the area look exactly as I expected. They leveled the ground and removed all the old grass. They did the job right and not cut corners, and did not leave until everything was 100% perfect by me. Steve and Chris were my installers, and Adolfo was my irrigation specialist. All three guys were very kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I picked this company based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Look no further than Ground Source for your landscaping and sod needs. They did a great job for me and I recommend them to you hands down.

Ground Source did a great job for us to solve problems with our sprinkler system. The original sprinkler system layout was not providing proper coverage across the entire lawn. Adolfo reviewed the problem with us and quickly identified where two additional sprinkler rotor heads could be added to provide appropriate coverage for the entire front lawn. Fortunately, he was able to do the work the same day, so we got a quick resolution to our problem.

Adolfo did great quality work. To create a trench for the new pipes, he carefully removed the sod in a way that allowed him to replace it intact, leaving very little evidence that any work had been done on the lawn. Thank you and congratulations for your high-quality work.

Ground Source did an excellent job grading my back yard and putting sod down. My grass looks fabulous and is growing beautifully.

Ground Source Landscaping offers some of the best quality service I have ever received at my property. I recently had the entire pool redesigned in my backyard and needed new sod, mulch and pool friendly plants with non invasive root systems. I also needed the irrigation system fixed and reworked for my needs. Ground Source offers it all and excels at every step.

What impressed me initially with this company is that during the quoting process, their representative was politely attentive, listening and taking notes to what I wanted and what my ideas were, never interrupting nor trying to interject his own thoughts while I was explaining things he's probably heard hundreds of times before. When it was time for him to share his thoughts and advice, it was very rational and sensible, incorporating his suggestions into my ideas but ultimately allowing me to make the decisions at the end of the process. The quote itself, received about a week or so later, was worth the wait as every detail and price was itemized with delicate precision. There are no hidden costs with these guys and they are honest about anything that might change the quote, should it be discovered during the actual work.

The work itself commenced several weeks after the initial visit to spray down a chemical to eradicate any old lawn and weeds. Again this exceeded my expectations because it was all done in the matter of two days. Day 1 was the entire irrigation replacement with new pipe and spray heads. Day 2 was the sod and ground soil and mulch and the new flower beds around the pool area. It happened so fast during the week that each day home from work was a pleasant surprise to see all they had accomplished. Huge thanks to your irrigation man, the design, zoning, and choice of sprinkler heads to take advantage of my lower pressure pump were superb.

I will absolutely be employing this company again for any future landscaping needs I may have which I can't handle on my own. I also highly recommend anyone else who is within the service area of Ground Source to strongly consider them for your own work. Fair prices, friendly staff who will listen to what you want and deliver unsurpassed quality and timeliness. I could not be happier with how my backyard looks now with the landscaping work framing the pool redesign so elegantly. Keep up the amazing job Ground Source!

Ground Source did a fantastic job replacing the sod and extending the patio with pavers. Eric was my main contact and he was great to work with! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I consulted with Ground Source for sod replacement, new irrigation system and pavers. Jeff and Joe were great with following up and making sure I was comfortable with the project as it was being completed while I was on vacation. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, I could not be more happier. All our neighbors have been stopping to let us know how wowed they are by the transformation. Projects they completed were, sod removal and replacement, new paver driveway and front walkway and new irrigation system. Thanks again!
