I am extremely disappointed with the service from 5 Star Air Quality and Plumbing regarding my water heater replacement. Over the past 20 days, they scheduled multiple appointments to replace the unit, yet every time they canceled at the last minute. I received calls just five minutes before each appointment with excuses ranging from the technician being delayed on another job, feeling unwell, or having car trouble. This consistent pattern of delays shows a complete disregard for my time and loyalty as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not consider this company reliable or recommendable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability from a company with ‘5 Star’ in its name.

6 months plus waiting for payment for services rendered. Nick will not call me! Apparently he hides behind his staff! Sick and tired of dealing with people like this so I am making it known and will be filing service/Leines on the properties we did work for. Sad day for me considering I have provided an accurate and professional service for your company Nick! $600 over 6 months plus is bullshit in my book! You can't hide forever! This is about principal for me now!
