Reasonable, honest pricing from the first call. We were clear with them of what our expected problem was and our budget. We didnt want to waste anyone's time. They explained as much as they could before coming out to inspect the job. Our plumber was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We are happy with the service and the price.

I called to get a diagnostic review of our tankless hot water system which stopped working a few weeks earlier. The technician was able to quickly resolve and promised to send a quote for replacement system since ours is 10+yrs old. He was very courteous and provided detailed answers to my questions causing the problem and next steps going forward.

We had a very frustrating experience with Rainaldi Home Services. We scheduled an inspection call and were given an “all day” service window, which already required us to rearrange our schedule. We called twice ahead of time to confirm the appointment and asked if they could narrow down the time window, but they couldn’t provide anything more specific.

Then at 3 PM on the day of the appointment — after we had already waited around all day — they canceled. No advance notice. No attempt to reschedule proactively.

When I expressed how upsetting and inconvenient this was, they told me they would call back with a new appointment window. They never called back.

If you value clear communication and reliable scheduling, this was not our experience. Very disappointing.

Cody and his team came to our home around 7:30AM and had completed all the work before 12:00PM. They were courteous very professional and made sure that they took time to make we understood everything about our new pumbing pipes that Rinaldi installed for us.
From the new water line for our refrigerator ice maker the kitchen sink, both bathrooms, sink , the washer, hot water heater and new faucets installed in the tub and new shower heads. They made sure to cover our floors and clean up after the installation was completed, leaving us very little clean up to do. I would highly recommend Rainaldi services to anyone . I had a water heater that needed replacement and looked for plumber in Winter Garden . Rainaldi Plumbing came up . I called that morning and was very impressed with the entire process Being a former business owner back in NY it was a sign of a great company to communicate the way they did . They asked all the right questions. They said they would try to send someone out that day. Not only did they do that but a new water heater was in installed before 5 pm !! Now the really good part . Service is paramount with any business . The man they sent Jesse was beyond exceptional. So patient in explaining all my questions and so knowledgeable about everything !!! Certainly a huge credit to this company and his trade . If ever I need anything to do with plumbing I will sure to call Rainaldi and I will certainly ask for Jesse !!!

We had to re-plumb our entire home because pipes burst under the house. Rainaldi came to the house the same day, evaluated the job, including some items I decided to add in and set up an appointment for the next day. The team arrived promptly and completed the job in a half day! They even set up the appointment with the plumbing inspector and plasterer. Every worker was efficient, pleasant and quick. Everything works much better and looks great! Highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking Sunday around noon. Monday by 4pm I had a newly installed water heater up and running. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company going forward.
