Outstanding service and work. Rainaldi answered and scheduled repair quickly over the weekend when others did not answer the phone. Michael came out quickly, made necessary repairs, gave great information to prevent future issues. Highly recommend. Will be my first call next time.

Angel came out to service my A/C. He was kind, he explained everything to me. During his visit some things were discovered that needed attention. He was thorough in his explanation. He worked diligently and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He is an asset to your company and I would highly recommend him and your company.

I once again had a need for assistance and I turned to Rainaldi Home Services. Michael C. came out to replace a 50 year old toilet and replace outside spigots. He explained the cost and what he would be doing. He was very personable and professional.

Call Hannon What’s a fantastic technician! He explain everything well, was very prompt, and very thorough and letting us know what the problem was. This was our first time using Rinaldi, but we would not hesitate to use them again

Rinaldi plumbing, specifically Erik Hernandez, was amazing at determining my issue, and fixing it for the lowest price. It was four hours from the time I placed my emergency call until Erik was leaving my property. If you have EVER had your toilet back up into your tub, you know there is no greater emergency. I will definitely use them again in the future. I am only sad that I am moving soon because they would have been my natural choice for plumbing and A/C repair moving forward.

As always, the customer service was excellent! From the moment I called to schedule the service, Sheri answered the phone with her usual sweet, cheerful, and helpful attitude. The technician, Jeremy, was professional and friendly, and he took the time to clearly explain the A/C issue in detail. Rainaldi is the only company I will use—they are trustworthy, punctual, and truly committed to providing outstanding service.

Excellent repiping job done by Cody and his team from start to finish. They’re professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently, everything was explained clearly, and the cleanup was thorough. Water pressure is noticeably better. They even made me aware of some other issues, providing education on how to go about fixing them . Highly recommend!

Had 3 cutoff valves under kitchen sink replaced. That repair was done well at a reasonable price. On the same service call, the technician installed a new owner-supplied (still in the box) dishwasher. The old dishwasher was already removed and disposed of. After the technician left, we noticed a small dent on right side of door face. The flashing under the door was installed inside-out causing door to catch on it when fully opened. Easy fix so not a big deal. Finally, the dishwasher sticks out slightly more on the right side than the left. Not the kind of result one would expect after spending over $500 to install a dishwasher. I gave 3 stars since the cutoff valves were done right at a reasonable price.

So the only reason I really am grateful to give a five star review is because of the technician Alberto Guzman. The person was first of all very respectful towards me. And then did not push anything else to be sold. He clearly stated he could fix the faucet (or repair rather) and he was actually very quick at his job. Even took the broken faucet off the hose I couldn’t do myself. Very kind and lovely to do business with him.

My fiancee's home had an old tankless water heater and stopped producing hot water. I did a Google search and called 7 companies. They all could not schedule an appointment for at least several days. Fortunately, I found Rainaldi. My initial call was answered quickly and they were courteous and professional. They were able to schedule an emergency appointment for that afternoon. Our technician, Gary, was simply outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately that we needed a new unit, provided pricing, ordered the unit, and we had hot water within hours. Fantastic customer service by Gary and Rainaldi! I will, without question, use and refer them for any plumbing needs.

Frank was awesome! Excellent to deal with and very professional in resolving our outdoor faucet leak. Wow! Rainaldi staff is the best! They’re truly professionals and their knowledge exceeds the expectations. I had them back on 2016 and now again in my other house and their professionalism is awesome. Cody is very nice and customer friendly. Kudos to all of you! I called Rainaldi to come out to check my AC because it wasn'trunning properly. They were able to get a tech out to me the same day. Leo was polite, knowledgeable & helpful. After doing an assessment of my HVAC system, he let me know that with the age of my unit & the cost of the repair, it would just be slapping a very expensive bandaid on a big wound. The reality was I needed to replace the system. He put in the information & immediately I received a call from Richard who walked me through my options, costs, & next steps. They were at my door the next day for the installation. The tech, Danny, was kind & let me know how the day would go. When the work was done, Richard called to check to make sure everything went well & I was satisfied. I appreciate their honesty & help with getting the best system in my price range & for being efficient with the install.

Plumbing Tech Chris Ashcraft saved the day. He arrived promptly to address an issue we had, and was a true professional. And, he is a good guy. You should feel confident with him handling your home's plumbing.

Cody and his team replaced the plumbing in our family home. They were were prompt and courteous. They did a great job on our plumbing project. They also did a great job of communicating and letting us know what to expect. Thanks guys!

Technician was polite, well spoken and well groomed. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and how the issue was going to be resolved. He solved the issue by doing exactly what he said he was going to do at the quoted price.

Later a second technician came out to video the pipe to check for cracks or tree root damage.

Anthony was amazing! I This was a six star out of five experience! I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, hard working and respectful crew including Clinton and Dylan. I had a slab leak and wasn't looking forward to this. Adam came first and gave me an estimate on Monday. Then a couple of days later Anthony came in. Went over the plan with me of what they were going to do and how it would be done before they started. They worked very hard and were done quickly. If I had a question they took time to answer me. There was not a mess to clean up. They were very neat and clean. They put down a plastic runner with a kind of foam backing all the way through anywhere that they were going to walk. And when they left Anthony went over everything. We walked the house and he had me check the pressure at each faucet. Anthony made sure that we were still able to use the shower by putting up clear plastic sheeting until we get the remodel done. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and his crew, Clinton and Dylan. This was a smooth experience from the estimate with Adam to the payment with Mary. I highly recommend Rinaldi Plumbing!

Jeff came out to unclog my main line. He is very nice, very knowledge and very personable. From the time he got here, he made it seem like we were old friends. He talked me through the process and told me about the tool that he was using (because I'm nosey lol). He made the job look so easy. I would definitely recommend Rinaldi. The prices are reasonable. Can't complain for a job well done.

Truly professionals at work. On time for a walkthrough then attack my outdated plumbing. A four point inspection called for a new roof and upgrade the plumbing to make code. This team of engineers made it look easy. What more can I say about the teamwork? Also a great price! Do yourself a favor if your home needs new and up to code. This is the company for you.
