Service technician was scheduled for December 19th 2021 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.Never showed up and never called very unprofessional I would not recommend this company for further calls

Nick came to the office and took care of our AC problems, show as pictures of before and after and the difference in the air quality was immediate.

He also told us of the company's other services & the price (great prices!). Should we need work done in the future- we will request Nick!".

Horrible company (1 person Nick) to deal with. I have never had such horrible service from any company. He comes out and assesses the problem and then wants to charge you extra unnecessary money to fix it. Ok, then says he has to order the parts which takes 2 weeks and never calls you back to set up a time to do the repairs. After calling several times he FINALLY answers the phone and gives a day and time, I take a 1/2 day off from work and did he show up? NO! Did he call, NO!. 5 days later no call, he wont answer the phone and you can't leave a message. All I can say....He calles his "company" 5 Star Air Quality, that's a joke, I wouldn't even give him 1 star. Think twice before using him.

5 Star is awesome. You call and they will come out same or next day. They have a very responsive text message system that lets you know when the technician is coming. Pat who you will take to is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. The technicians are professional, friendly and get the job done right and quick. I highly recommend them. No problems only good results.
