I rented a ProPress with all the fittings for a job that needed to be done they were very professional the tools were in excellent condition and they even helped me take the tool boxes to my vehicle it's a great place to rent they also sell a lot of Milwaukee products at a reasonable fair price

I'm just a regular homeowner who came here for an A/C capacitor. I've been here previously for my other unit and had no problem. Today I went here and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without even having my presence acknowledged despite several employees walking past me. Finally the guy at the desk looks at the photo I brought and grabs a capacitor off the shelf and says "this might work". I knew the specs weren't exact but figured it was worth the $13 to take the risk. Once I get home and start researching, what they sold me wasn't even close and was severely under rated. Back to Amazon I go....

The worst supply house in all of Florida. If you want to sit here for an hour, watch the counter guys have side conversations and not help you. This is a 1 hour minimum inside this hell hole

Re: Repiping Order: Rainaldi Services' crew was very professional, timely, polite, and concentrated to leave an effective job and minimize surface openings. They informed me to share when something was abnormal and needed a decision. Job was well done and area was left clean!

Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The repipe team was great! The guys were courteous and respectful, but they went above and beyond with regards to my dogs. They were conscientious of their whereabouts, making sure they weren't getting out as they came and went. They were patient and kind to them, even though my pups haven't mastered their manners yet. And my dogs loved them! Going through a repipe is very stressful and expensive, but these guys managed to make the experience easier. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with the service we received. Had a plumbing emergency over Thanksgiving. Did not have any luck with 2 plumbing companies so we called Rainaldi and they sent someone right out. They were able to fix our issue and provided a plan going forward for a permanent fix. We really appreciate you guys. We will always call Rainaldi going forward.

I had a plumbing issue at my home and called Rainaldi Plumbing for relief. A person actually answered the phone and was courteous and professional. They took my info and said I would receive a call soon. I received a call within 20 minutes from a very nice lady who said a technician was on their way to see me. A very nice young man named Hunter arrived at my home very soon and I showed him our difficulty. Hunter was very courteous and professional and said he would examine my problem and give me a quote on fixing it. Within minutes I knew my price and asked him to go ahead with the work. Hunter had our problem solved in less than an hour and everything was working as it should. Hunter did a great job getting to work, solving our problem and cleaning up in a very timely manner. Hunter is an outstanding representative of Rainaldi’s and I would recommend he and their company highly!

Jesse was a stand-out professional. Quality work and quality technician. Communicated well, transparent, and worked to successfully and efficiently replace our water heater. Would recommend and will definitely leverage Rainaldi again based on his service.

From start to finish everyone was professional and friendly. Plumber explained problem with existing faucet (clogged) but I went ahead with new installation anyway. Refreshing to deal with a company that wasn't trying to sell me something I really didn't need--unlike these larger companies that have become more salespeople than repair/installers. Would definitely use again!

Chris the technician did a great job, professional, personable and was very neat. Been using Rainaldi for many years for plumbing repairs, they were very prompt in calling in the am to schedule repair after filling out schedule request on website the night before.

I'm so greatful that I called "Rainaldi Home Services" to fix a clogged pipe in my master toilet. I was very impressed by how fast I was able to get an appointment, less then 24 hour's.
Sherri knew to ask the right questions about my problem to help the technician in diagnosing.
She also gave me potentional costs information on their services, including a discount coupon, This open and up front service was a pleasant surprise to me.
Wednesday morning I was notified by Devon that he was on his way. He introduced himself, and was very pleasant. He was clearly focused on customer survice, evaluated the problem and quickly fixed it. In addition, he also gave me tips on proper flushing, to help avoid a repeated clogged drain.

I am now a customer of Rainaldi!

Rainaldi is outstanding. My water heater started leaking and they were able to come out within a couple of hours and replace my water heater. My Service tech Matt was great. He explained everything that was going to happen and the product that they were selling me. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately had a leak under the slab of my house. John and his helpers showed up in the morning to do a home recipe. They worked very efficiently and had the water on to the whole house by 12:30 pm. No leaks. Now to wait on inspection and drywall. Overall so far very satisfied.

After the cold front came in Florida our tankless water heater was not giving us hot water. We had another company confirmed to fix it but 2 hours into the appointment window the said that their tech in the area didn’t work with tankless and cancelled the appointment. Within 20 minutes of requesting an appointment online and within 2 hours the plumber had came and fixed the issue. Amazing service and knowledge was provided and very much appreciated!
