Brett returned my phone message in a timely fashion, set an appointment, showed up on time, and was very thorough in assessing the situation at my house...not exactly cut and dried, because my leak is in the walls and nowhere near plumbing, but he determined the issue and gave me sound advice on next steps for remediation. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I won't have to) and would highly recommend Brett and Orlando Leak Detection.

He saved me time and money, although now I have to keep breaking concrete. For $350 this service is definitely worth it.
