Brett showed up on time and immediately got to work looking for the leak. The particular issue I had was hard to tell given there were several potential culprits for the leak but Brett took his time and found the actual problem which saved me a lot of time and money as I was about to replace the dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal to rule out any issues. Will definitely use them again in the future as leak detection is always worth the cost.

I highly recommend Orlando Leak Detection. We were able to get an appt quickly with Bret. He found the problem in 15 minutes and showed us exactly how our 30 yr old window had failed. He pulled the carpet back and you could see the stain from the water. He also looked around outside the house and spied a shingle that looks bent up.
Please use Orl Leak Det first if you need help. We paid 2 other mold/removal companies and I wish we had started with Bret first.
