I have been using this company for almost a decade and they’ve always been great. Recently I found myself in a 💩y situation. My drain fields failed and nothing went down. They gave me an estimate and I wasted time trying to get more quotes and they turned out to be the best price. They got everything in order and now I poop like a rock star! I can even courtesy flush! Wilmer, Antrel, Mike, James are the best! There are more people I forgot to thank but I send good vibes from a clear colon!

We are a large restaurant/hotel here in Orlando. We have used other companies in the past and have not had that great of experience. However, after using Total Enviro Services all I can say is "Van is the Man"!!! Super professional and very knowledgeable. He was courteous and friendly to everyone on our staff. I asked Van about my home system and without hesitation he gave me some pointers and then, made sure i understood what he was talking about! What a great guy, thanks Van for making us feel important. These guys are truly the best!! First, I had to use them for a septic tank pump out. I got a live person when I called over the weekend. Unbelievable! They were super nice. They came quickly. Ultimately, I needed a completely new leach field. I had them do that as well. They were always available, did a terrific job, even cleaned up, raked the tractor impressions in the dirt and blew off the driveway. They were so good. Kyle was awesome!
James was as well. Thank you!

I contacted this company on March 2023. They came to my house and installed a pump tank and a new drain field. They only gave me a two year warranty but the pump failed. I called another company and I was informed by a gentleman that a new pump was needed because the old one was a cheap brand. The replacement cost for the new pump was $500. I believe this company charged me a lot and installed a cheap water pump.

We use Total Enviro Services to pump out our grease trap every three months. They are reliable and a great company. The driver Van is extremely professional and made sure that he showed me his completed work. Van gets an A+ in book!

Septic Tank Service gone wrong!!! We have lived in the Druid Hills area since 1987 and know that a lot of our neighbors have septic tanks that will need pumping out every 2 - 3 years. Lately, we've had several of our friends who have had to have new drain fields put in which can be very expensive especially during this pandemic we're going through. Recently we had our septic tank pumped out by Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a, Total Septic Services). Once completed, the technician dropped the lid and broke it leaving half of the lid down in our tank and the other on the edge of the opening. He assured me the company would take care of it no problem. We had to cover the hole with a tarp, not the company. Plus, with all the rain we've had, our tank is filling back up with water even being covered with a tarp. Over the last 2 weeks no one and I repeat NO ONE from Total Enviro has contacted us about our situation. We have had to call them every day to see what they are going to do about this. They will not even come and take out the broken lid out of our tank. They say they are not responsible for the broken lid. We have everything documented and finally spoke to the C.E.O. and she said they would only fix it for an additional $475. This is outrageously unprofessional and their customer service has failed us and we, the customer, are on the losing end. We have no other choice but to contact our lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, social media and the local news to expose this company. We are sharing this in hopes no one else has to go through what we have. Please DO NOT USE Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a Total Septic Services). Thank you for your time. Blessings!

Let's be clear, the lid DID NOT cave in. It was dropped or plopped down by your technician. The technician who came out the day before didn't break it so I don't feel I should pay for a lid that you clearly broke. Also other companies prices for a new lid was cheaper than your "so called" discounted price. Plus you were going to charge me again full price to pump out all the rain water that filled the hole in my yard which again, I had to cover with tarp. You also charged me $100 over the initial invoice and until I brought it to your attention, I was refunded. Yes, we all make mistakes but you guys clearly don't won't to take any responsibility. And again have a blessed day.

Matthew B. Serviced my septic tank. Found the problem in record time and was very professional and courteous. The pump was bad and replaced it and explained the whole process with the cost. I could not ask for a berry technician to work with i would hire him again and again a pleasure to work with i will only use total from now on.

Technician busted a natural gas line during diagnostics which I’m sure happens when probing. It cost thousands to repair the busted gas line. meanwhile no gas (stove, oven, grill, hot water) for days to our home. They offered us a $100 discount. It took them 3 days to fix the septic issue which should have only taken a day. I do not recommend this company if you have a choice.

June 5th, 2018: I recently bought a house and the Septic was not inspected. Fortunately, Angela knows her stuff and offered us a new installation solution within National Average cost range. Will update review after installation!

August 31, 2018: UPDATE
Installation went as discussed. Worked quickly and as expected schedule. Recommendation: improve the project finish. I would have liked a better cleaning & finish of the backyard. Overall, good service.

Van came out to my small business and was very helpful and professional. He was able to identify and resolve my issues quickly and correctly. Not only was he of great service, he had the best mustache I've seen in ages! Very Cool Van!

Avoid Total Enviro Services, Inc. at all costs.
We hired them based on a written estimate. After we signed the contract, they suddenly increased the price by $4,500 right before starting work. This kind of bait-and-switch is completely unethical.

We’re state-certified general contractors who’ve built hundreds of homes and installed many septic systems—so we know when someone is trying to take advantage. When we refused to proceed under the new price and requested our deposit back, they tried to keep part of it for “administrative” and “permitting” fees.

If this is how they treat professional builders, we can’t imagine what they do to everyday homeowners. We’re hiring attorneys and plan to pursue this legally. Run from this company.

Had a wonderful experience with total enviro this morning, very honest company! What we thought was a septic issue, the dispatcher was able to convince us to get one of their plumbers out before jumping to septic pumping. Glad we listened because it was an extremely clogged pipe that was able to be snaked! Meanwhile Mathis & Son was telling us via phone it was septic and needed to be pumped and possibly drain field replacement. Will be using total enviro for all future issues strictly based off the honesty/helpfulness they provided vs taking advantage of us.

Needed grease traps for a restaurant pumped out and had Van from Total come out, service was fast and on time! Will recommend him to anyone from now on!

I was having some serious issues with toilet plumbing and/or septic tank/drainfield issues. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule service the same day. Antrel came out and I immediately felt confident that he’d diagnose and solve the issue. And getting to my septic tank was NOT easy! Antrel was professional, highly experienced, trustworthy and had an amazing work ethic. He was patient with all my questions, showing and explaining things as he worked. I certainly recommend Total Spetic if all of their technicians are as good as Antrel!

We had to replace the entire septic tank and drain field for our house and these guys did a great job, got it done quickly and were really professional. Wilmer was extra helpful in showing me how to do my own maintenance and the crew even went above and beyond by treating nearby tree roots so we could keep our shade trees without risking damaging the new tank. I highly recommend this company!!!
