Matt was a star from start to finish!
Needed to swap out an older water heater for a change of insurance. Matt was courteous, professional amd offered a better price than other companies in the area. He texted before arrival, day of, and changed our water heater in about 90 minutes and took away the old one . Offered to come back and change the temperature if needed as well. Very happy so far and would recommend as a smaller business owner.

My insurance company made me replace my water heater 😒 I wanted to use a local small business and, since I am NOT handy, I wanted to have a conversation with the person that would actually be doing the work.

Matt was responsive, professional, was able to quote me with photos (instead of charging me for a service call), answered all my questions, worked with my tenants and the tight turnaround I needed AND was competitive with cost.

Matt was great with the entire water heater replacement. Quick turnaround and he even picked up the water heater, installed the new one and took the old one away. Very quick, professional and we would recommend him to anyone who needs water heater work.

Matt installed a new water heater for me. I couldn't be happier with the service and product. My water heater failure was unexpected and urgent. Matt was able to walk me through my options over the phone. Then once I had made my decision he was out the next afternoon to install. Our water heater flooded out our garage this morning! I found Matt as highly recommended on NextDoor by my neighbors. I called and he called me back right away! Great experience working with these guys. They did great work, were friendly and professional, and their pricing was fair and clear. They guided me on the type of heater setup I needed for my family. Install was quick and they walked me through the setup and calibration. Highly recommended!

Answered the phone, quick estimate, Matt came to view the job and confirmed the estimate. The cost was very reasonable ($1,000 less than another company in Orlando on the same water heater) so I had him plan to replace a second water heater in our guest house as well, and received a significant discount on the second. He had good communication skills and knows what he is doing. He runs his own business so he has very little overhead compared to large companies. Seriously, do yourself a favor just call and get a quote. He is also a nice guy.

Terrific experience. Matt took the time and trouble to make sure the installation was optimal. Drained and removed the old unit, cleaned the pedestal, swept the floor beneath. Then positioned the new unit centered in its cubby. Re-located the wall fittings so the bendable tubes flexed with no collapsing or kinking. Could not be happier.
