Fast and accurate service. Showed up on Sunday because I had water coming up from under the wood floor and the plumber recommended them. They came out with high tech gadgets and found the leak in one of the bedroom floor. They referred us to their go to water restoration company who also came out the same day and dried everything up. Great job.

I had water sipping through my tile floors in my pantry so I called the leak squad tuesday. they were able to come out yesterday and located the leak for me so that my plumber could do the repair without further damage to my kitchen. I was quoted for a reroute and I was able to save money repairing the broken pipe in pantry instead. Good job. Thank u.

I knew that we had a leak in one of the underground lines to either our pool or spa for a while now. Based on the good reviews I read, I contacted Leak Squad to come out. Nick and his helper came out and pinpointed the leak with accuracy.

They came back out yesterday to do the repair work. They were pleasant guys who did a fantastic job for us and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Even the dispatcher was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the leak squad for pool and spa leaks.

Jean S did a great job for us on a septic pump out. Thorough and double checked to make sure lines were all clear and draining properly. And reasonably priced as well.

Would not use if you want a septic inspection for a house you’re trying to purchase within your inspection period. Called to schedule a inspection on Friday morning and was told the sales team would call me by Monday( No call) so I gave them a call and was told 2-6 business days(never received a call ) it’s now the end of the week. Do not recommend

Before Wind River, Brownie's was good. Now I won't recommend them to anyone. 20+ years of consumer confidence eroded to zip in three months. We needed a new drain field, but after 90 days on contract, and 66 days with an approved permit, we don't know when they might return to complete a half done job.

The price was reasonable. Great customer service over the phone. Jean S. the septic guy was polite and very helpful answering all my questions. . Excellent service.

Great experience with Brownies septic pumping our system. The office staff are friendly and techs were careful not to dig an excessive amount to locate and open our burried tank lid. They were on time

Brownies (and the whole wind river family of companies) are the best plumbing/septic service teams I have ever used. I have had a few times now that I need their services, and not only are they ALWAYS prompt to answer the phone (which really maters when poop is going up instead of down...) they are always clear on pricing, easy to book, and almost always can provide emergency/same day service if needed.
We had plumber Medina out to our house within a few hours, and he really made an awful week, bearable. Hands down the best plumber ever. He didn’t just stuff a auger down a pipe and leave as quick as possible, he actually gave us advice about how to avoid having unnecessary visits, and even offered to stay and fix sinks that other plumbers gave up on… (not having a kitchen sink for 2 years SUCKS).
Truly not only one of the best, most professional, and most reasonably priced plumbers out there, and all other “poo poo” issues as well.
