Brownies and the whole staff; Stef, Audrey, JeanioG were absolutely fantastic!! Emergency call, totally taken care of in less than 3 hours from the first call!! Still waiting for the competition to call us regarding our initial call to them, haha! We have already been expertly taken care of by Brownies!!!! They have our forever business!!

Memphis came out to service our home today. She did an incredible job, very thorough and professionally done. We also had a blast while she made the repair because of her outgoing and friendly personality!
I wanted to add a 5 Star review for Jean G. He came out today ( 1/26 ) to service and pump our septic tank. He did an outstanding job, explained the entire process, and is a terrific ambassador for your company. -
Jean did a thorough job, went above and beyond with his shovel. He explained what and why he was doing though out the job of draining our septic tank.

Very grateful for Jason Medina, who came out to fix a damaged main water line pipe at my parents' property. Not only did he finish the job of the first technician, but he also came back when we still had a leak (a separate issue) and fixed a damaged pipe in the irrigation system (which they don't normally do). Thank you, Jason!

This company Brownies Septic came late for their service.. However the tech did a good job was knowledgeable about my septic tank and drain field. He cleaned up the area, I hardly saw where he had to dig.

We used Brownie’s Plumbing in January to repair a pinhole leak behind our toilet. While they showed up the same day, the repair was pricey and now appears to have caused a rusty leak around the base of the toilet — likely due to the wax ring not being seated properly.
We’ve called day after day for the past week, trying to get someone from their crew to come out and take a look. Customer service keeps saying someone will call us back, but no one ever follows through. It’s been incredibly disappointing, especially since the issue is clearly getting worse.
To make matters worse, it looks like they drilled a hole through the plastic cap to allow the improperly installed bolt to protrude through — you can see this clearly in the photo. That’s not what you expect from a professional repair, especially at this price.
We’re posting this here because nothing else has worked. We’re still hoping someone from Brownie’s will take responsibility and follow up, but if they don’t act soon, we’ll have to bring in another company to fix what should have been done right the first time.
Would not recommend unless they step up and stand behind their work.
**update**
They followed up and came back out to the house and it seemed to be off to a potentially bad start but then the manager, Derick, who sounds like he was new to the company and was the reason they came back out in the first place spoke with me on the phone and insured everything was done properly. I’m very appreciative for Derick and his upstanding customer service. He’s a great asset to the company and made sure we were satisfied. He really saved the whole experience with brownies. The toilet was fixed and resealed properly with a new wax ring after they appeared to reuse the same one the first time. Thank you, Derick and team for making things right! -
septic pumped.... Both Jean and his work partner were pleasant, answered question, were informative, overall a pleasant and professional experience. Very cold day, let's face it pumping a septic tank is not going to ever be described as the highlight of your day. Good Guys, very polite and respectful as well.

From scheduling to completion they were informative, professional, and on time. Jean G the service technician did such a great job.I watched the whole process and when he was done it looked my grass was never touched. Would definitely recommend Brownies Septic.

First and foremost, thank you Brownies & Jean for getting out so quickly and handling our Septic tank situation. Jean is such a great representation of your organization. It cannot be a coincidence that part of Jean's last name is Saint (Our's also) .....a name well suited for Jean. Smile on his face, humble, hard working professional and just an all around good man. We later learned that he's been on the job in our neighborhood for over 27 years. These days it's a rarity in itself to have someone of his caliber doing what he does day in and day out, and for 27 years. Simply put, just great to see hard work and dedication in the form of a true Gentleman.
Wishing Jean, and the entire Brownie Team a continued Safe and Happy Holiday Season!
Thank You Brownie!

We had our septic tank pumped yesterday by Wind River Environmental (formerly Brownie's), and I cannot say enough good things about Matthew B., the technician who handled our service.
Matthew located our septic tank within minutes—a huge relief given the age of our home and uncertainty about the tank location. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, explaining what he was doing and what we should expect at each step.
Our holiday plans were temporarily derailed by this issue, but Matthew’s efficiency and expertise got us back on track quickly and with minimal stress. He truly went above and beyond.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Give this man a raise! -
The guy that came to empty our tank was super nice and professional.
But when calling in it was a bit difficult. Plus I was charged for 1000 gallons to be pumped and only 750 gallons were pumped and I feel I over paid and still haven't gotten a call back about my broken tile or fixing my cord to the pump... So customer service center is not very accommodating.
Update: A manager called me and explained that the customer service rep, (we'll putting it nicely) basically didn't know her job or how to explain the services, I think it may be because better training is required but what do i know... 🤔
He sent out a "plumber", again a very nice guy. He explained everything buuuuut, what kills me is they wanted to charge me $300++++ to change out a float switch that cost $45 on Amazon and needs to be threaded into the tank, plus you dont need a plumbertodo that, the first person that came shouldve been able to do it. I wouldnt havemindedto pay for the part as a additionalcharge when they were here the first time. But to be told it would be an additional charge of $300++ to do it, well ridiculous 🤦🏽♀️. But the kicker to all of this is that the manager that called me said there is normally a charge of $175 or so just for the plumber to come out and look and tell me what he needs to do. I mean, just to look down that septic hole $175??? But no he was generous and "waived" it only for the plumber to tell me the fix would cost $300++ for a $45 part on Amazon that do not need anything other then to be threatened through a pipe and plugged in...
Insane! Sorry but no, I will not be hiring them f9r th8s and I have let me neighbors know to be careful!
Plus my broken tile was never addressed.
Needless to say, I need to look into a different company for the future. -
They were very helpful from the moment I made the phone call. I only needed pump out service. Jean S was our service person and found the tanks (we didn’t know where the tanks were at). The yard was left in great shape - no messes.
He was very helpful and obviously knew his job, well. Bad news was - I had 2 tanks! He was awesome! I strongly recommend the service!
Thank You, Jean! -
I reached out to this company 11 days ago to schedule an appointment and made two follow-up calls during that time, but I never received a return call to schedule service. I do want to note that their customer service representatives Tamika, Jeff, and Stephanie were all very kind, professional, and helpful when I spoke with them. I’m sharing this simply so others considering their services are aware of my experience with their follow-through on scheduling.
Thomas saved the day when he arrived and identified a problem and aided in potential solution that I’ve been working on for months! So thankful for him. -
Since Wind River acquired Brownie's it has sucked. We used Brownie's for 12 years with zero issues. Two years ago we had issues with Wind River for an appointment to inspect and pump out. Three weeks ago I made another appointment, this time to replace a high level float and alarm that are old and dilapidated. Also, something in the septic system continues to trip the GFCI receptacle to which equipment is connected. A local electrician inspected and replaced the outlet and installed a new one and informed us that the septic equipment is tripping the GFCI.
I made the appointment a week in advance for a Friday. They no-showed, first claiming "nobody answered the door" (a lie, I was home all day), then said they called a number on the account (my wife's) despite me giving them my contact number when scheduling.
So they came the next day, a Saturday, knowing we wouldn't be home. The service tech dug up the lid to our system, supposedly checked everything and called me (the correct number this time) and told me nothing is wrong and everything is working fine. He told me he did not have the high level float and alarm on the truck and someone would return on Monday. Two days later, the GFCI tripped again. Wind River never called and never returned to replace the high level float and alarm (which I plainly asked to be replaced when I made the appointment) or further diagnose what is tripping the GFCI. They left a mess but they made sure to charge my credit card, which they insist having on file before coming to your location, for $176.
Don't walk away from these clowns, run. -

Irdi and his team always come through for us! Quick to respond, quick to come out and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve been burned by many contractors in the last few years while updating our home but Eagle Renovations is our go to now and we call them for everything. They have helped us with cutting concrete for new plumbing and electrical lines in kitchen Reno. They have installed new plumbing for laundry room sink. They have installed dishwasher and garbage disposal and most recently came to save the day when we had a leak in our newly renovated bathroom (that was done by a poor company). They found the leak within minutes and were able to fix quickly and get our bathroom back to working status. They are great and we will recommend them over and over!

Under normal circumstances, Speed, Quality, Cost - Pick 2. In the case of Eagle Renovation Services, you get them all without compromise! Always prompt and proactive, diligent in their attention to detail, and the most reasonable contractor I have encountered in years.
I have used Eagle on several personal and commercial projects. If you have any problem with plumbing, concrete, drainage, drywall, be sure to call them first. If it is not a good fit, they will let you know, but that is rarely the case.
It is hard to find a team with exceptional work ethic and integrity these days, and it is a joy to do business with Eagle Renovation Services. I am constantly looking for projects where they can engage with our community as it is always a positive experience. -
Great service!! Very honest !! Was able to help me get this big piece of tile out from my homes plumbing!! Definitely fell free to give a call , he will educate you on what he is doing !! Definitely will always have him accessible. Thanks sir !!
