I don’t usually write many reviews but I called around 9am and right away, David gave me a time he could stop by to check out the issue & was on time along with a flier so I could see all the possible services. He came the same day within a few hours and let me know 10-15mins prior to arriving. In short: fast, professional & great value. I’d definitely recommend! Great guy and trustworthy.

Shower clogged pipe! David came in promptly same day. He was very professional, great knowledge in his work. David was very persistent in unclogging the pipe. Broke two of his machines, and still he manage to get the job done!

If you’re looking for an A+ quality plumber, you can stop. You have found them. If you care to read on - my mom had a plumbing emergency in our house on a Friday night and truly didn’t know what to do. She contacted our insurance - they sent out somebody right away to address the damage caused by the problem, but they did not fix the problem itself.
We’re sitting in our house without any water wondering when the plumber was going to get here, we find out that they are not coming because they’d not been called. The insurance company doesn’t send a plumber out. That’s the homeowners responsibility.
My mom called some nationally recognizable, 24-hour availability, emergency services plumbing companies.
It’s late in the afternoon on Saturday and they were happy to send someone out the next day.

Between a 7 hour window starting at 10.

That’s not 24 hours plumbing service.

Our last ditch effort was to search for a plumber who was local and see if maybe we could get them to come in first thing tomorrow morning. My mom found David at Wel-Done and was floored by the perfect reviews. We figured we’d give them a call. That was around 6 PM on Saturday. My mom called and when I tell you that a guy was out there faster than I’d ever thought. He got done with a job in whole other county, and was at our house the same night to help find and assess the situation. He even gave us an explanation as to how the plumbing worked, and what needed to be done. Truly insightful, and one of the most helpful guys.

David at Wel-Done-plumbing provides the kind of old-school quality neighborhood service that people get nostalgic over in a modern and completely professional world. When we have the need, we will for sure be calling David again and will be recommending him again.

David was great! Came over within an hour or two of calling on a Saturday morning to repair a watermain leak from a tree root. Great value and attitude. I hope I don't have to but would definitely use again!

Extremely impressed with the marvelous work done by Wel-Done services. The name lives up to the standards, i had very low water pressure and not only did he fix the problem but he also added some extra touches of his own that were inexpensive and effective installed the booster pump and as well the water treatment systems. He will be doing my future services.

David helped me with my clog and also helped me find out what the actual issue was. I was really worried because I had clog in the bathroom that was backing up my shower. I called in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. Turns out the issue was the grease from my kitchen clogging the line. I will be looking to have the issue resolved by having my line jet’d. Gotta thank David for his quick and thorough work really came thru in an emergency for me!

The Wel-Done Services are true professional. They offer great values to customers. I contacted them three days ago about a leaking shower head problem in my house. The water was leaking crazy. The gentleman from Wel-Done Services provided me immediately remote diagnosis from photos of my bathroom and told me what I should do and sending me photos for the replacement parts I need and where to get them. I followed his advice and called back to him. The problem got fixed that night. I was so happy about their services and will use their services again in the future. Thanks Wel-Done Services!

We had a back-up sewer problem, we called Wel.Done Services and he came in less than an hour. David is very professional, and very knowledgeable at his profession. He was able to fix our problem after dedicating many hours of work to ensure a guaranteed job. David was abled to determine that there was a much complexed problem beyond his limits, and it was a City property issue. We called the City and addressed the issue as David instructed us to and they dispatched a team right away to our house. David stood by with us through the whole situation and to answer any questions in regards to the service he had completed, thanks to David professionalism, Quality, Value and Responsibility, the City now is taking full responsibility for a sewer problem in city property. David really helped me out when another company cancelled on me the day of my scheduled appointment. He came out - same day to diagnose the problem and actually found another issue I was unaware of. He fit me into his schedule and repairs were done quickly. Wel-Done Services is very professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Did not cut corners on the work they did. We were quoted by another company for the exact same service using the exact same parts and labor process $300 more. Even stayed longer doing a last minute request that we weren't charged for. The whole process was explained in clear and honest terms and all of the questions we had (which were too many to count) were all answered. Would recommend and will use for other services.

David is a trust worthy plumber and water well repairman. My well water pump was broken and I was desperate to fix it for my family to use. I called 4 companies on Veteran Day for emergency services. I picked David. David’s biz is a small biz and I always want to support them. But it’s a hit or miss with these one-man small biz. My last plumber ripped me off and charged me $450 for unclogging my toilet. I was nervous about David but my gut feeling told me he’s the man for job.

And I am right about it. I talked to my neighbor to get me water while waiting for the new pump and pressure tank. He took time to install it right. My pump needed adjustment and He even came back at NIGHT to adjust it.

I would string recommend David for plumbing, water filtration, and water well services.

David was excellent in assisting with an issue in my sewer drain and also took the time to teach me about how it all worked. He was responsive, punctual and affordable - highly recommend! Give him a call!
