David was great. Had to replace my water heater and he was very prompt to respond and head over, even staying substantially later than expected when we needed to exchange the water heater at Home Depot. Would recommend

I called David because I had the main water valve leaking and it was almost at the point of total collapse. He promise to come the same day in the afternoon despite to have a full day schedule compromised...He showed in the afternoon as promised. He was very professional, a person who really knows his job, small company that I prefer to support. He really care of his customers. The price was good and he kept the price despite finding some unexpected problems to complete a quality job. I higly reccomend to hire him because is also a honest person that do not want to trick you.

We installed a full well-water filtration system with reverse osmosis and couldn't have asked for a better service. Everything was done timely and professionally, and David went out of his way to fix any issues and inform us on how to take care of the filtration system to upkeep it. The quality of the water coming into the house is incredible compared to before, no regrets!! It was also done for a great price compared to other services that we looked at beforehand. Definitely recommend if you are looking for any sort of filtration system.

David is a well trained (see what I did there) old school technician that knows what he's doing and does good work. We originally found him as he was the only one willing to come to our house on a Saturday to help restore water when our pump went out. We ended up having him install a full filtration system as his prices were fair and reasonable. He did a wonderful job. The pictures are 9 months after install, still working well.
If you need filtration done, or any plumbing for that matter, I'd give him a call.

WOW, what can I say. David came out within an hour and trouble shot my plumbing issue, and was able to solve the rather complex issue very quickly. I highly recommend him..

Exactly what I needed, it took me 5 trips to get it right for this part, I only wish I knew about them sooner than later. They will take care of you !

Awesome customer service on the phone and in person!!! John was very knowledgeable and friendly. I drove a hour to get there and it was well worth the drive !!! They had my part!! Highly recommend !!!!

Went there twice today for a project that was a little out of my depth.

Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and set me up with the right parts at a reasonable price. In fact, I recommend comparison shopping there first if you're considering ordering a part online. We ordered one of our larger parts for a Sloan Flushmate from Amazon and could have had it three days faster for the same price if we'd have bought locally. We learned our lesson and we'll definitely use them again.

After reading all bad comments I decided to give a chance and call this company after having a cast iron issue. Ryan came over and was very professional, arrived before time, explained us everything and what he will have to do. We agree for his best price that we got from all other plumber and he start replacing our broken cast iron clean out. He cleaned after him and I’ll definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Give them a chance you will not regret ! Highly recommended!

Ryan did an excellent job and made the whole experience stress-free. He showed up on time, quickly figured out the issue, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. His work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. On top of that, he was professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but Ryan is definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Unethical business practice. Caused more problems than they fixed.

My usual plumber was booked up after Christmas, so when we ran into a problem we chose this place to help. Nice plumber and fast results! Cost was higher than our usual place.

Shame on you plumbers that took advantage of senior citizens on fixed income $500 and some for maybe an hours work if that to fix a piece of pvc pipe. Hope people treat your parents better than that.

I have had Ben Franklin out to my house as well as rental properties on various occasions. Several of the issues were somewhat complicated (issues below the slab) while other were very simple (water heater issues). After my first dealing with Bill and his crew I knew whether it was simple or complicated, I was confident that the job would be done in a cost effective and quality manner. Knowing that I can leave service techs in my house to do their work so I can get back to mine really means a lot to a small business owner. On one occasion, the technician actually proposed an idea much simpler than the one I had originally suggested which ended up saving me several hundred dollars. It takes a lot to make another service guy happy, and they have done just that every single time I have called them.

Trust me when I say you can trust Benjamin plumbing company. Antoine gave me a quote, and he even checked in with the company 2 lower it to my budget. I was adding a 2nd bathroom and their price was $3,000 lower than anybody else. they even let me bring in my own parts materials saving me money. I will use them on my next project home

Rip off. We had our roof replaced, and we suspected a nail hit a gas line because we had a gas leak the same day. Asked BF to come do a leak detection service so that we could find the source of the leak, and show it to the roofing company. I showed them where the piping would most likely be close enough to be penetrated by a nail. After a couple hours, I'm told that they've verified there's a link "somewhere" in the tube, but they can't tell where at. They then gave me two options for repair, one to replace sections of piping, maybe 15 feet total, for $800+, and then if that doesn't work (Because they have no idea where the leak is coming from, even though I'm paying $375 for a leak detection test...) they'll replace everything for $1800!

After the tech left (who was actually super nice) I climbed in the attic and crawled to the corner where I suspected the nail to hit the pipe, and guess what! Clear as day, there's a nail sticking straight into the pipe. I called and asked for my money back, since it seemed awfully silly for me to have to pay $375 for a "leak detection" that they (a) weren't able to detect, and (b) took me all of 10 minutes to find myself, because I actually took the time to crawl on my hands and knees to look.

They refused, with the explanation that, "We determined there was in fact a leak in the pipe. That's what the leak detection is." Good job! There's a leak somewhere in 150 feet of piping, and your solution is to just try to replace it and hope it gets fixed.

I wasted all afternoon waiting for them. Then I get a call telling me they can't come today, but they can come on Sunday if I pay more. If they would have said they couldn't make it at the beginning, I could have gotten someone else. Now I have no water all weekend. Thanks for nothing.
