Great customer service Justin and his team were amazing and helped resolve all our questions and concerns..Him and his team were awesome.

My son lives in Texas and his hot water busted with the cold spell. He was having trouble locating a replacement. I had him ball Hakodate after they were recommend to me from another vendor. They didn’t have what he needed but went out of their way to locate one for him just 3 hours away from home. It was bought, picked up and installed in less 24 hours. Many thanks. He appreciated that they went out of their way to help him even though he lives 1500 miles away.

Agreed on price and start date (through email) start day came, no materials and said he needed signed contract. Understandable but would have been good to know the week prior. Sent him signed contract. Rescheduled. Again couldn’t start on rescheduled date. Said he’d try to next week. No call no show again the following week. Can’t speak to his work. Can only speak to his character.

Quick Plumber did a great job. He is a great person who does quality work. My water heater installation was smooth as expected. I met him at Home Depot to make sure the water heater was ready. He picked it up, hauled it to the 3rd floor, and started work. Once installed, he tested to make sure everything was working.

David was prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable regarding leaks, drainage practical repair practices and football, despite being an Eagles fan 🙄... 😅
David was extremely professional in walking me through every aspect of the water leak inspection.
Walking through and around the property with me and my GC for repairs actually saved me a whole lot of time and a great deal of unneeded and unwanted expenses.

Arrived on time (a little early, actually.) Was extremely professional and efficient. Made sure to wear booties when in the house, and took them off when he was working outside. Found two small leaks so I can get them taken care of. Extremely happy. The cost was reasonable, too.
