Tech David D did an awesome job arrived early, very friendly, excellent customer service skills as well as technical skills to find the leak… Even though the temperature was 30°… Would definitely recommend this company and particularly this tech… The only raising I feel it was overpriced is because the leak was discovered within 10 minutes and it was Underground. I understand it’s a flat fee.. I guess the tech made it look so easy ha ha ha. Thank you LeakDoctor!

I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel I must warn others about The Leak Doctor. Our experience was deeply frustrating, marked by dishonest pricing and a technician whose incredibly cocky, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude made him incapable of listening, directly causing a total waste of our time and money and immense frustration.
1. Deceptive Pricing & High-Pressure Demand:
Upon arriving hours late, the technician announced (before even entering) that the originally quoted price was merely a "show-up fee." He then demanded nearly $400 on the spot to begin diagnostics. His rushed, aggressive manner in demanding payment immediately created discomfort and felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch.

2. Unprofessional Demeanor & Conduct:
After receiving approval, he entered our home as if he is entering his own house (wearing dirty shoes with no protective coverings). He was loud, arrogant, and condescending, repeatedly insisting he "knew everything" and he do lots of "insurance reports," while dismissively waving away every concern we raised.

3. Incompetent & Illogical Diagnosis:
We had extracted over 25 gallons of water after a major storm, with soaked carpets and subfloor proving the severity. We logically explained the issue began immediately after the storm. He performed a basic WATER METER test (which showed NO active leak) and he opened the water on the outside wall of the room, where there was a pipe intering the room, and on one side of the window.

Ignoring the storm context, he then fixated on a bathroom behind the room. He claimed the leak was from a closed, blocked bidet hose, suggesting that if opened, we would see a drip (he opened it and close it to take a picture). He insisted a few drips from this unused fixture caused the massive, immediate storm flooding. When we objected ( telling him that you already checked the meter and said there was no leak, proving that the hose is was closed)he became rude, said "I'm out of here," and gave up.

4. The Proof of His Failure:
He was more focused on repeatedly asking "Who's gonna pay me?" than solving the problem. After he left, we performed the simple test he should have: we poured water at the whole window which was something he couldnt think of and found out that the leak is coming form the corner of the window. Water instantly poured into the room. The source was obvious, but his arrogance and fixation on a false cause blinded him.

I strongly advise against using this service. Paying almost $400 for a worthless diagnosis and blatant disrespect (only to solve the problem ourselves minutes later) was a complete scam. Protect your wallet and your peace of mind; hire a reputable professional.

ADAM & SONS VAN PULLED UP IN MY PARKING LOT STEALING WOOD FROM MY WOOD PILE

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Fastest response time both in terms of communication and job turnaround. Communication is excellent, Well I’m definitely no plumbing expert but it looks like he does it right. Good attention to detail.

Until today and the work was done on August 2020 was the worst and more expensive work I ever had.They open the outside wall (very small) $500. Two months ago I have problems in the same area but inside the house and the same pipe still dripping inside the wall and I found a plastic bag and a towel I think trying to cover the mess. NEVER again, I’m keeping the name on my records not to call them again in my whole life. I feel like I was shamelessly robbed.

My neighbor alerted me that I had a water leak somewhere running out of garage at midnight, while I was asleep. It turns out my water softener blew a pipe. We turned off the main line. Tony answered the call immediately to set up a time, for the following day. Excellent response time. He and his partner fixed the problem.

Very fair prices, needed him to come out on a Sunday to snake the pipes due to all the bathrooms overflowing and he charged more than a fair price for a Sunday afternoon visit! He’s also a locally owned and run business so ++ for that

I used them to do a total replumb of my 1970's home as well as replace a galvanized main. I only had to call him once to get an estimate and had the estimate within 2 days of the first call. The job was completed within a week. He took great care no to make a mess of my walls, and the job was competed exactly when promised. He also took a look around to spot any upcoming issues, both plumbing and not plumbing. He presented the list with no sales pitch for more work. The price was great, the service was excellent.

I had a fill valve replacement that Tony serviced quickly and reasonably priced me for. He was responsive to texts/phone calls before and after the job. I will use Tony for all my plumbing needs moving forwards.

Tony came out to install my plumbing fixtures in spare bath vanity and remodeled shower/bathtub. The price was fair and he did an outstanding job! I hired him again the same week to replace the main water shutoff for my house and the neighbors house. Again, Tony showed up at the time he said he would and completed the work.

I had a slab leak, and called Tony the morning of July 4th. He was the only one to return my calls over the holiday. Not only did he call me back, but diagnosed my problem over the phone and instructed me how to prevent further damage until he got there the following day. He found the leak in my foundation by removing a SINGLE tile. I was beyond impressed. You can't teach experience, and Tony seems to have a ton. He cleaned up after he was done and charged me less than what he quoted me. Stand up guy and company. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest plumber and hope other customers leave reviews to spread the good word about AAA Plumbing. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a clog in kitchen sink, so I called Tony, my regular go to plumber. Tony arrived at scheduled time, and cleared out major clog using electrical snake as 25 yr old pipes were very clogged. He completed job quickly, cleaned up area, and I was charged a fair price. Always very pleased with AAA Discount Plumbing.

Tony was great to work with and did great work at a fair price replacing a water heater. Highly recommended.
