Antonio, Jose and Anthony did an AMAZING JOB, they worked really hard to restore the flow on my grease lines. The whole restaurant was backing up and they solved the problem very professionally and always were very kind and kept me informed about what they were doing. 100% recommend.

I recently had my septic system pumped, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Britton was professional, on time, and extremely courteous from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained what they were doing and why, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
What really stood out was that they didn’t just do the job and leave — they also provided helpful preventative maintenance tips to keep the system running properly and avoid issues in the future. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.

My septic tank was full and I couldn’t flush the toilets. I called Lapin Monday morning at 7:30am the Tech. showed up at 9:15am and was awesome. I have had septic problems for the past year and have dealt with numerous septic companies and Lapin is by far the best.

Technician Kountry was on time, very explanatory about the situation and got the job done with precision and expertise. He explained the importance of regular maintenance and recommended a new adaptable cover for the septic tank.

I would highly recommend Kountry as my technician and request him every time. Give this man a raise!!! I am a realtor in central Florida and Lappin Septic Service will be my go to for all of my real estate customers in the future.

Great service! Tech (Briton Brown) was great. He was patient, took time to explain what was going on. The whole process from the time I called (spoke to Manny) to the pump out was smooth and easy. Would recommend them to everyone.

A business neighbor recommended Lapin for a new septic system and drain field, and I'm glad we did. The first company to give an estimate said we had to remove a beautiful large oak tree because it was too close to our drain field, and Gary told us we didn't need to touch it. That right there helped sell us. Besides needing a new septic system, we have major plumbing issues due to another tree growing roots in our house pipes. Chad Powell, and another gentleman, came out, jetted and drilled the roots out of our pipes so water could flow once again while we wait for the septic permits. Besides being a One-Stop company for most house water needs, the 10% discount for future services if they install a drain field, will help a lot when we have any future problems.

Very good service after a bad experience with other septic/plumbing companies in Clermont. Lapin was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with an appointment first thing the next morning, and they did exactly that.
The customer service was excellent, and the technician, who truly represents the company well, Briton Brown, took the time to explain everything without rushing through the service. I will work with them for the next service.

Brad's team was quick and responsive. They were able to come out and get our waterheater replaced and provided a solution for our septic drainfield issues. We enjoyed the lively conversation with his staff upon completion of the project.
