I highly recommend The Drain Daddy of Orlando as Bradley and his team did an outstanding job accomplishing a challenging task to stop a leaking shower facet due to a failing +20 year old Delta value cartridge. If you're like me and attempted to do the job yourself and purchased the required parts, Bradley and his team of professionals just might be able to savage the job and otherwise wasted money by coming in and finishing the project right. I had recently given Drain Daddy 1 star in a recent review, after a blockage reoccurrence that I believed was a result of that visit.
Brad continued to try and arrange an opportunity to thoroughly review and identify what exactly is going on in my sewer line, and it was that appointment when I realized my assumptions were totally unfounded. Lesson learned, and I appreciate how Brad maintained his professionalism throughout.
I now know the issue, how it came about and the options available to me....plus what a large slice of humble pie tastes like.

So happy I finally found a reliable and high-quality plumbing company! Brad was here to fix a leak in the tub, he did an excellent job, no more leaking problem. And while he was here, he also reinstalled the sink drain plugs in both bathrooms, which I had taken off a few years ago and did not know how to put back (at no additional cost)!

Drain Daddy re-piped my 45 + year old house. The DD team, DAVE and JEFF did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional and above all, CLEAN. They were able to get to areas I thought were not accessible without tearing out a wall or cutting in from the outside.
They have relieved us of the worry of our copper pipes leaking.

Drain Daddy has been out go-to company. When we were doing the inspection on our house we had them come in and check out all our pipes. 6 months later after an incident with Vic's Vapor rub getting into the sink drain (long story), we had a pretty gnarly clog. Manny from Drain Daddy came out and after a bit of searching found where the clog formed (roof plumbing stack) and got us squared away. Everyone at Drain Daddy has been pleasant to have on hand and they will continue to be our go-to for all plumbing issues we can't resolve on our own.

To start the rep on then phone who made the appt was clear concise and details about the appt. They came out in a very timely manner. Were on time professional. Left the space cleaner than when they arrived and explained the follow up steps. Would highly recommend and will use again.

David, the technician, was polite, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue and walk me through the available solutions. He completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost was fair.

I recently experienced an emergency leak in my kitchen, and I can't thank Brad enough for his exceptional service. When I called him, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, guiding me through the steps to stop the leak. His knowledge and informative approach made a stressful situation much more manageable.
