Tony did a fantastic job and had great communication during the entire kitchen remodel. He gave us a fair price for our whole house replumbing and even told us it may take an extra day due to the age of our house (1949). Overall, I will be recommending AAA Discount Plumbing and will use his services for any future plumbing problems.

I had a positive experience with Tony recently when my water heater tank started leaking. He responded quickly with solutions and quotes, and even fixed the not-so-stellar plumbing installed by the water softener people at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

I noticed the hot water in our house wasn't so hot, so we called Tony.

He had helped us two years ago when we thought a plumbing problem turned out to be a roof leak. He even took the time to climb up and diagnose the problem. He had literally gone above and beyond!

Anyway, back to the water heater. We have a gas appliances and Tony doesn't work on gas, but he found somebody to work with. He doggedly searched and found a heater for us and had it installed inside of two days for a very reasonable price.

Tony took the time after his work day to call us and spend time solving our problem. My wife says that she doesn't know where we'd be without him.

Definitely use Tony for your plumbing needs an please be good to him.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tony and Bill's work at our home in east Orlando! We had a sewer clog that our previous plumbing company couldn't figure out after 3 visits (they couldn't even find our cleanouts). Tony and Bill came out and had the issue SOLVED within a few hours, and charged very reasonable prices. They are honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. No gimmicks, no upselling, no shenanigans. Highly recommend!!

Tony did an amazing job! We had a huge sewage backup that leaked out everywhere and he came right over and fixed it. He is coming back to fix the actual pipes because they were severely damaged. He uncovered a few other problems & offered affordable solutions. Will 100% be calling him again for the other issues. Highly recommend using him for your plumbing needs. He gave us a very fair good price as well.

I have used AAA Discount Plumbing on five different occasions since 2013 and have been very satisfied with the service Tony has provided. He is dependable and goes well beyond the call of duty. Our last service entailed an old toilet that had seen better days and would leak water on the floor when flushed, due to a broken flange. Tony provided a quality Kohler toilet and replaced the broken flange as well as a leaky shut-off valve and water line. He also inspected the plumbing in our entire house. He responds quickly when a message is left and keeps the customer informed if his arrival is delayed. I highly recommend this company.

Tony is the best. Been using him for over 20 years to service my rental properties. Always gives a fair price and does great work. Will continue to use Tony in the future. Great service at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, there are some disreputable companies in this industry. Fortunately, Lapin is not one of them. Their techs do good work, the price is reasonable and I never feel like they are inventing issues that need to be “fixed”. I strongly recommend Lapin.

Briton Brown is very nice and kind. Showed up on time. And after the service, he explained how to maintain the septic tank.

I had a new toilet installed. Antonio and Anthony did a terrific job. They arrived on time. They were very professional and considerate. They made sure no roots were blocking my pipes. They did cut around some on the outside of the pipes. When they finished the bathroom was clean. I did not find a drop of water or remnants of roots anywhere. I would highly recommend this company and especially Antonio and Anthony.

The Lapin employees were professional & knew how to complete the job
in a timely fashion in replacing our septic to sewer without any damage. Leaving our yard with white cap offs on top of our grass received sod. Thank you so much 😊
