The guys were the best, knowledgeable, passionate, professional, very friendly and willing to work with the home owners. Also installation was the newer nitrogen reduction systems that's required for my area. Orange County has a mandate for all new and existing systems that needs any repair has to upgraded to the system.

Lapin Services septic pump-out customer since 2005. Great technicians, always good service, no "hidden fees" or "extra charges." Tried another company and they added a "dispatch fee", then wanted to double the pump out charge. Lapin pumped it for t.he quoted price. Andres was great.

Had my drain fields replaced. Kept I. Communication during the time it took to get permits. Scheduled immediately after getting permits. Arrived on time, finished without needing adjustments for inspection, and cleaned up yard.

Lapin came out to do a pump out of my septic tank. I have been with them for over twenty years and they have always provided excellent service. When here they discovered some other services that need attention including my pump was bad. Richie & Yulian did the pump out and were very professional and made sure my lawn was taken care of. Rod, Andrew & Richie came out the next day to address my others issues. Very professional and hard workers. They explained everything so I knew exactly what they were doing. You can not go wrong with Lapin Septic services. They are the only people I have used in the past 30 years.

Antonio & Anthony came to help me solve a difficult problem with my plumbing. They were right on time, and they listened to everything that I could explain to them. So attentive and they made me feel like they cared about my issues. Then Antonio explained what he thought was my problem very well… they both made me feel confident in their knowledge of what was going on. Sure enough they found my issues and my problems were gone in just a few hours. I have years of experience in the customer service industry and I know when I’m getting good customer service. And that also includes your personal on your first line of contact… the phones. They too were just as fantastic as Antonio and Anthony. I am so pleased. And thank goodness I called you…. 😁

Yulian was on time, was polite and explained thoroughly what he was doing as the septic tank pump out was completed. He also described what he found and that we needed to keep cooking grease out of the drain plumbing. I would recommend Yulian and Lapin Services and we likely use them again in another two years.
