This company just landed themselves a life long customer. An emergency came up (read sewage) and my realtor company was notified. A work order was placed and of the companies that work with innovative, Drain Daddy didn't just look at us like we were dollar signs. They saw a family who had a very serious and potentially hazardous emergency. David Ramos moved heaven and earth (literally) making sure my kids were able to shower peacefully and sleep soundly the same day. Had they not treated us as a priority, with the issues we were dealing with would have forced us out of our home due to hazardous gasses building and losing all access to running water. I sincerely appreciate the efforts David made ensuring that my plumbing was not only fixed, but fixed RIGHT.

Really, really impressed with this company. Brad put in the time - he came by late one evening to really go through the details of what we needed and made us feel informed about an urgent purchase.

I also want to specifically mention Tiera. She was helpful when we called more than once, but when she answered the phone after hours, and then answered all of my questions at a time convenient to me, and I have to imagine not-so-convenient for her, I knew I was dealing with a team that understands how to exceed customer expectations. I appreciate a small local business, but even more when they do a great job at a great price and stand behind their work.

This is my second time using Drain Daddy and the staff is amazing. They keep you posted on when someone is coming to help. The service is always done well. They are clean and they don't leave a mess when they are doing their job.

Brad and Arthur did a great job. They were on time if not early. Explained everything in detail before starting and did exactly as they said. Everything tested and site cleaned. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

They came out same day and worked for a long time to unclog a drain on a home we just bought. They also came back another day to do some further digging to work out what the actual issue was, since the the clog took to long to fix. I would definately recommend them.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional experience I had with one of your employees, Brya, during a recent service interaction with Drain Daddy. The level of disregard, poor communication, and lack of professionalism I encountered was completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company’s reputation.

Brya’s behavior was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the service process. Not only did they fail to provide clear information or solutions, but their attitude toward me as a customer was disrespectful and unprofessional. At one point, their tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

I have used Drain Daddy in the past and have always had positive experiences, but this encounter left me questioning whether I will continue to use or recommend your services. I strongly urge management to address this issue internally. Employees representing your company should maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times — values that were clearly not demonstrated by Brya.

Please take this matter seriously. I would appreciate confirmation that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer experiences the same treatment.

No one ever wants to deal with a water leak! But if you ever do this company is amazing. From a real person answering the call, to scheduling, communication, trained and talented Technicians and fair affordable cost it helped make a bad situation into a pleasant experience. Jay (Jesus) was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and provided helpful information throughout. Four stars are not enough so here is an extra ⭐️

The Drain Daddy is always our first call. They treat us like we are family, are prompt, responsive and honest. They do a great job communicating and don’t try to sell unnecessary or unwanted service. We have used them multiple times and have fixed in the first call. Would highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better outfit to replace our water heater. Workmanship is excellent. Quality components used and clean-up post work was excellent.

Brad had to also excavate a hose bib out of the stucco on our house. There was no way I would attempt that. Probably was original from '77.

He was very careful chiseling and unsweated it. The new bib should give decades of service.

We appreciate how Drain Daddy communicated with us too.

​I really wanted to like this company. It’s a one-man operation and he was very friendly when he came for the initial estimate. We set a time for the job, but he never arrived.
​Everyone has emergencies, so I called the next day to see what happened. Instead of explaining or rescheduling, he hung up on me. I suspect he decided the job was too small, which is fine, but I would have appreciated a text or call instead of being ignored and hung up on. Very disappointing customer service.

Bria is amazing. She helped me understand what may or may not be going on with our toilet issues. She is very knowledgeable and eager to help fix the problem. Call Drain Daddy if you are having any plumbing issues to get the help you need. Thank you!

Brad was able to come immediately after 7pm during overnight hours and resolve the problem quickly and efficiently also provided pictures and videos of the issue and very affordable prices. Thanks you Brad for providing great service. I’m very happy we called you.

Brad was awesome, he answered at 11 PM on Friday night and was able to get us taken care of Brighton early the next morning. He was very professional and addressed all of our needs and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be using him again for future plumbing needs!

The entire process was very seamless from speaking with the receptionist Brya to scheduling. The day of our appointment we got a text message the owner was on his way with even a GPS location so I knew exactly when I needed to put the dog outside. Bradley was so incredibly kind and understanding and did not try to push unneeded services. We will only use him moving forward!
