Came home from work and had the main water like to the house leaking. My call was answered very quickly around 6 pm and price for the work was given shortly after explaining the issue and was extremely reasonable for an evening emergency call. Everything was completed that evening and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism. Not only did they solve the problem, they took the time to explain everything. 100% would recommend.

Pierre came to the rescue in a timely matter, he was the third professional who showed up, and safed me from breaking up the whole bathroom floor to find the issue. He was definitely VERY knowledgeable, approachable and informative, used his camera to find and solve the issue, and DIDN'T OVERCHARGED me either. We had an emergency leak in the bathroom and Pierre was able to make it the next morning. He additionally videod our cast iron plumbing lines to check for any backups during which he identified tree roots growing through our pipes.
P and M truly goes beyond the obvious.

We recently had P and M Plumbing come out to help us with a clog in our master bathroom. They arrived and immediately went to work. Something we thought was a quick fix showed to be a tougher issue. They stayed a few hours working to find a diagnosis and when one couldn’t be found that night they came the next day to keep trying until they found the issue! We are so grateful that they didn’t give up when the issue wasn’t easily detected. They are definitely a dedicated team who knows what they’re doing to say the least. We were truly impressed with the amount of work they did to help us find the true issue with our pipe!

From start to finish, P and M Plumbing was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. It's truly hard to find honest contractors anymore. P and M Plumbing had competitive pricing and along with the other reviews, as well as the way they spoke to me, is why I chose them. They did not disappoint! Pierre installed a self purchased water softener and water filter system, and a tankless water heater supplied by the company. He was flexible with my schedule and even did work when I wasn't able to be home. He had to run a new main water line to make this project work, and everything came out great. Very respectful of the property and just overall quality work. I will definitely use P and M for my future projects!

What a great experience. Pierre really knew how to handle even a plumbing catastrophee.
We had 2 replacement Kohler toilets with bidet seats installed. He was able to get my floor perfectly clean around & under both toilets. First install not too bad, second one he found a broken cast iron drain jimmied to part plastic drain under the toilet. He was able to remove the old pipe and replace with new, taking longer than expected. He was patient & pleasant the whole time, he wanted to do the job correctly. And in spite of the extra time & part involved he only charged me the quoted price. Definitely will hire P&M Plumbing for future plumbing needs & highly recommended their service.

I will continue to use Pierre for all of my plumbing needs. I have used him for a water heater removal and install and the install of a hot water recirculating pump and a flushing of the water heater itself. He makes sure the work is done right the first time and for a fair price. He also works around my odd work schedule and is always available by phone. Thank you for all of your work!

We came to P&M Plumbing after one of the "big boys" basically tried to rip us off. As admitted by their rep, they have a lot of overhead in their "fleet of vans, all the tools on hand" and heck, even their branded shirts. Enter Pierre and Mary (just in case you wondered what P&M stands for).

Pierre did a much better fix for our cracked pipe than the odd work around the "other guys" were going to do and charged us 45% less. So we were happy to refer him to our kids when they had an issue.

Then we had a big leak at our business so we reach out via his website on a SUNDAY AFTER hours and Mary gets in touch almost immediately. Then you might wonder if there would be an increase in price b.c it is a business, but nope, JUST AS REASONABLE as all the other jobs.

Whoever was driving the company van to Lake Fischer Estates 3/20 at 1:10 almost caused multiple accidents with their reckless driving and speeding. If you’re that careless with other peoples lives on the road, why should they trust you with their homes?
