I needed the inner workings of all three toilets in my house replaced due to age. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the gentleman who came was very respectful of my home, worked quickly and efficiently. He also was very neat and clean which I so appreciated. The cost was reasonable and done by a well qualified and experienced person. I will call them again with any plumbing issues!

I would recommend Tropical plumbing to anyone needing a new septic system or plumbing. We had to get a new system for a new 3 bathroom home in 2021. Lyndon the owner is very informative and professional. The guys that came to install the septic and drain fill did an awesome job. They installed it very fast and it is a huge one. They were very professional and friendly. We had it installed in 2021 and it has not had any problems. Very good company.

Tropical Plumbing gave me a fair price and great service installing my new hybrid water heater. Will definitely be using their services in the future for my plumbing needs.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Damage to My Property from Septic Tank Service

Dear Tropical Plumbing,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your company at my property in Christmas, Florida. When your team came to work on my septic tank, Lynette mentioned that I had given permission for your crew to drive across my yard. While I may have allowed some access, I did not expect the damage that has resulted from the heavy tank being driven from one side of my property to the other side of my property my multiple times. I have over 3 acres, so it pretty much fills up one side of my front yard to the other side of my front yard .

The tank was apparently so heavy that your crew had to unload the waste elsewhere after already driving onto my property once before returning and driving across my yard again. As a result, there are now four large and noticeable marks in my yard. These areas are not only unsightly, but they also create significant challenges for me when I mow my lawn. The humps left behind are approximately seven inches high, and I have to slow down considerably—by at least half an hour—each time I cut the grass to carefully navigate over them. This is not to mention the damage it is probably causing my lawnmower which was $6000. I am a single parent, so I do not have a lot of money and I do not have a lot of time. To fix this project alone it would probably be 50+ hours.

I reached out to your office to ask if someone could come back and level the yard, but Lynette informed me that this would not be possible. I find this unacceptable. The damage caused by your equipment has affected the usability and appearance of my property, and I believe it is your responsibility to address this issue. She said having another vehicle come out to fix it would just create more of a problem. There does not need to be a vehicle that comes out to fix it. People can come out and put down soil and fix it with rakes and shovels.

Ironically, during a recent service call for my lawnmower, the technician from the company where I purchased the equipment in Oviedo was shocked at the condition of my yard and could not believe a company would leave it in this state. Others who have seen the damage have also expressed astonishment. I also hope that when my lawnmower has its next check up that they don’t report anything due to this situation.

I would appreciate it if you could reconsider your position and send someone to rectify this problem as soon as possible. Please let me know how we can move forward to resolve this issue.

After having some plumbing issues and contacting some Google promoted providers who gave terrible advice we contacted Tropical Plumbing. The contractor we did not use, flushed our toilet once and said we needed new toilets and provided an estimate of over $2300 and suggested we sign up for a membership plan.

Tropical came out and explained the entire process, what they thought was the problem and offered a fair price and reasonable expectations. After an hour of work, our plumbing returned to normal, and our cost was under $500 with no replacement of equipment required.

The plumbers were professional, honest and did exactly what they said they would do. We will continue to consider using Tropical in the future due to their honest and reliable work.

Purchased a new well pump today. Pete gave me all the advice, pointers and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the work. I have never installed a well pump before. Completed the job in an hour. Don't go to YouTube go to Tropical Plumbing and ask for Pete.

This is the most professional company in the county! Great service providers! Clarence and Ryan were knowledgeable about every aspect of plumbing and quickly found the source of our water leak. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

The driver in truck 55 nearly ran me off the road. He tailgated me within 1 inch of my bumper, then he turned on his brights. I was going the speed limit. I had to come to a complete stop on the road because he blinded me with his lights. After this, he leaned halfway out of his window and was yelling and flicking me off. If this is the people that represent your company, I wouldn't suggest it for anyone.

I just finished building a house in area went in there looking for piece for my well they were real friendly and the guy gave me the part ! Real community company will definitely use them in the future !

If you need help with plumbing or septic, I believe TPS is the right solution. Their team is extremely talented, highly trained and always deliver on their promises.

Had a septic issue and called them. Prompt and very helpful. Most importantly the two guys who came out were awesome (I wish I knew the names so I could shout them out). As a result this is the company I will go to for any septic or plumbing.

Excellent company! They called me in advance to let me know they were on their way, showed up on-time, identified the problem, reviewed my options with me and fixed the issue right away. The best part is, not only was the service amazing, their rates beat everyone else's and they didn't pad their time or try to get me to pay extra for additional work.

This is the wors company that i never call the guy came ,see the work ask me for the half of the money 1,240.00 never call i have to call him ,tex him the day before to the apoitment he say he going to be in the house at 8:30 never came or call dont want to give me my money back so please call another company maye cost you a liter more money but you going to gel the better work and warranty this guy dont send the contrat VERY BAD COMPANY

I called after blockage in both shower drains that caused a backup. William came out and was incredibly professional, diagnosed the issue and recommended cost effective solutions that were direct and avoided unecessary work. Very honest and up front, would 100% call back anytime I have plumbing issues in the future!

Advanced Plumbing has come to our aid several times at my veterinary hospital. The last time they serviced us was when we had a leaky sink in our surgical suite. They were timely and professional. I always know I can count on them when we need help.
