Trent came to our home earlier than the appointment, found the leak within minutes, jackhammered the tile and concrete and repaired the leak, and replaced the concrete, start to finish in less than 3 hours. Trent did an excellent job of finding and repairing my leak, which was in a very hard to reach place under the tub. He had to access the area from a storage space under the stairs. After breaking up the concrete from the outside edge of the tub to where the leak was underneath, he had to reach so far to repair it that the top of his arm was scratched up. When a plumber I’ve used before didn’t want to do the repair because Trent told him where it was and it was difficult, Trent offered to stay and do it for a reasonable price. Two days later he came back, reinstalled the carpet, and offered to help me put everything I store under there back! Above and beyond is an understatement! Hire Trent. You won’t be sorry.

Trent really went above & beyond to locate and fix a pipe leak under our pool deck. Our power and water bill went off the charts which was a huge indicator that something was wrong. These guys were able to locate the leak quickly and make the repair. We really appreciate the attention to detail. You can ell this company truly cares about the work they do. Hopefully we don’t have to call them again, but if the need arises, they will be the first to call.

I was referred to this company by a friend of a friend. I had a slow leak in one of my bathrooms and could not for the life of me find where the moisture was coming from. Trent was very professional in communication and it was easy to schedule an appointment. He did a thorough job and was able to find out where the water was coming from. He came up with a plan for how to repair and gave me good contacts to work with. I had another issue arise and he came quickly out and was able to find a new leak. He was incredibly kind and did not charge me for this second visit despite me saying he deserves to be paid. I would trust Trent working with any of my loved ones, and I wish there were more true professionals who excel at their craft like him.

Gill the second specialist was amazing as well, he quickly diagnosed the situation and got to work like a surgeon, he had to be so delicate with the power tools he was using, it was like watching him play a game of operation, he even after the job was done buried the whole back up which was there when he got there.
