If you are in need of a Leak Detection Company, look no further. We had an issue in our home that we couldn’t figure out and Trent came out and did the most thorough inspection of anyone I’ve ever seen! He found the cause and told us where and how the damage occurred. Gave us references of companies he trusts and we are on our way to taking care of this issue. If we ever had another instance where we need a leak detection company, this would be who we call! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Can not say enough good things! Thank you Trent!

Above and Beyond was the best decision I've made about my leaky water meter. They came out within 3 hours of my phone call and did the most amazing job of not only finding my leak, but of showing me where it was, how it was happening and HOW it was happening. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only was it worth every cent but it saved me more money in the long run. If you have a leak.....CALL THEM!!!

I have to add on to this review. I had another issue with a leak in my front yard. I texted Trent and he was here in 2 hours and assessed the problem AND fixed it all. He also showed me where I had another leak issue I didn't even realize. I am so impressed by his timing and his knowledge. He is incredible.... I can not recommend him enough....GREAT 5 STAR SERVICE....

Amazing service. Trent arrived less than an hour after calling. Called for a second quote after roto-rooter gave me an $750+ quote to find a bathroom leak. Leak was detected very quickly, and even performed some additional handy man service with no additional charge. Significantly less expensive than the commercial companies. 11/10 would highly recommend.

Trent was phenomenal! We received a dramatically high water bill and needed a professional to examine our house for water leaks. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He confirmed there was no major leak under the house or in the walls and identified the culprit as a running toilet. He charged us less than his original quote since he didn't have to use his more involved equipment to identify the problem. He went above and beyond by doing some work on our toilet and replacing some parts to ensure the problem was solved. Highly recommended!

When my laminate floor started swelling out of nowhere, I had no idea what was the cause. I had 2 other companies come to my house and neither of them were able to tell me where the leak was from. I was quoted thousands of dollars by a restoration company without them even knowing what was the problem. The other company wanted to cut into my bathroom shower tiles to see if they could find a leak. I decided to reach out to Above and Beyond Leak Detection. It was difficult to get a response and I did have to reach out again. I was desperate for help. Trent arrived on time and spent hours trying to identify the problem. At first he didn't think there was a leak but he didn't give up. Eventually he identified the exact issue and gave me advice on how to get it resolved. Trent saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank him enough for his help.

We were concerned because our water bill was higher than normal for a month when we weren’t even home. Trent arrived and explained what he would be looking for and methodically checked for leaks. Fortunately, with his expertise, he quickly discovered that our problem was a faulty County meter. He could have charged us the agreed upon fee for his work, but he reduced his fee because he didn’t need to use his high tech equipment to find the problem. We sincerely appreciate his knowledge, honesty and kindness and highly recommend his service.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Trent attended within hours of my call. We had a very elusive leak in a line that supplied an old water softener - but he found it - and repaired it for us all in one visit. Just a phenomenal service by a true professional.

Trent was dead on by pinpointing where my leak was. Very reasonable priced, better service than the Big name plumbers.
I will refer him out in the future to friends and customers.

Trent spent over 2 hours looking for the leak that turned out to be hidden in a wall in the garage. He was professional, prompt, and honest. If more companies had the ethics of Trent (the owner/plumber) there would be no need for google reviews. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to this company. Above &Beyond Leak Detection came out same day I called to find a slab leak. Trent is the owner. Very nice man , thorough and so very helpful. He detected the area of the leak but plumber could not find it. He returned same day I called him and dug until he found it. It was near to where he originally said but was very deep and in a difficult spot. He was worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend his service and expertise

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. Trent came to the house and he is awesome. Just a good dude is all I can say. And he knows his stuff. Hopefully, I never have a leak issue again, but if I do, this will be my first call after turning off the water. 6 stars!

My mom's water bill had sky rocketed so I had my handyman & plumber come out to look for a leak. He could not find any obvious leak so I called Above and Beyond after checking out his reviews. Trent came out the same day and found an underground leak within minutes. This guy is incredible. He should be called the "Leak Whisperer" as he found a small leak that had been formed when a tree root cracked a water line coming into the house. I could not believe it. He kept me abreast of every step he was taking and send quality photos that I was able to use to help my plumber eventually fix the leak. Trent is worth every penny. Do not hesitate to call him if you have a mysterious & difficult leak. This guy is amazing!!

If I could give Trent above 5 stars, I would without hesitation!! It's hard to find good and honest contractors these days but Trent was on time, honest, EXTREMELY helpful and lived up to the company name of "Above and Beyond". He was able to find my leak and capped it until my plumber could come fix it. He was affordable, left the area he worked in clean and tidy and gave us great remediation recommendations.

OUC came to my house to let me know there was a leak. Trent was very quick to respond and came out the very next day to locate the leak. He provided clearly marked photos to show the plumber and a detailed report.

Unfortunately, the leak was not where it was detected but the plumber found it. I’m still giving a five star review because when I let Trent know, he immediately returned my money. I appreciate his honesty and fairness.

Trent is knowledgeable, thorough, and above all, caring. He is profession and his pricing is fair, but most of all, he really understands more than just the basic requirements for his profession. He really understands the why behind the leaks and helps point out any other issues with your building that may arise. Trent spent hours with us explaining what was going on with our house, and even though he was delivering bad news, he did it with warmth and grace. An all around great experience out of a terrible situation.

Trent did a thorough job of checking our systems for any issues. We are selling our home and had some items show up during inspections that needed a professional to assess. We called Trent and he addressed them all and gave us what we needed to get them all remedied. Peace of Mind is great thing when you use a pro and Trent definitely gave us that. Trent was amazing and found our leak that 2 plumbing companies and one other leak detection company could not. If we listened to them, we would have spent thousands of dollars, and Trent gave us a solution that will only cost about $250. Trent cares about his business and is very knowledgeable besides, just being a really nice guy! Trent took time to make sure my non-plumbing brain understood the lesk issue that was resulting in higher water bills. Prompt. Polite. Caring.

I called above and beyond yesterday to find a leak behind a wall that backed up to a bathroom tub. Trent was on site within hours and not only found the leak but repaired it. His expertise really was above and beyond …highly recommend
